True Leaf has excellent customer service. I had a problem with some seed - they made it right. Their shipping speed is phenomenal, and the variety of seed is exceptional.

I've been buying Kitazawa line of seeds through True Leaf for some time now. Not only the seed quality is consistently A+, but the customer service at True Leaf really cares for your success. I ordered a package that was delivered to the wrong address. this was no way the fault of true leaf but they still stood behind me and resent another package at no cost to me. not many companies will do this. thank you true leaf, and sorry about that email I sent, I was mad when I typed it and you still handled it with grace.

Ordered online to pick up in store. The pickup was quick and painless. No waiting, no confused employees trying to find an order on a shelf for 15 minutes. Just walk in, grad it and go. That really have the whole no contact covid thing down. The seeds also have a great germination rate so far and you get way more for your buck than the big box stores. I will be back!

I ordered a pretty large quantity of seeds amidst this Covid 19 hysteria and still received my order in a timely manor. The seeds are packaged in a highly professional and quality manner as well the staff were very helpful when I called in (every day because I was excited to get started) Althea status of my order. I will have an updated review about the seeds when I start growing them.

I am local to True Leaf Market here in SLC, so I have seen them and their warehouse in person. They're amazingly helpful and patient; the two ladies at the front desks in the warehouse have helped me quite a bit with my questions and various ordering needs. So far I've been working with their organic black oil sunflower and organic green pea seed and I have to say, the yields have been amazing. Near perfect germination rates. You can't go wrong with these guys - and their prices destroy the bigger competitors like Johnny's and Mums.

Loved the environment and feeling when I walked in. Asked the kind woman about some seeds and she gave me a handful of them that were free. She also told me about some information that was very helpful. Will definitely recommend this place!

Due to covid it is only for online pick up right now and today I drive their store almost a hour to find out that on the other hand after explaining my situation they give me sample seeds and behave very friendly and helpful. I am grateful hopefully this spring I will order my seeds from them. Thanks a lot best seed company ever

I really Love this place, they have a great selection of seeds and friendly staff. I do highly recommend stopping in and picking up if you can, but they do have quick delivery if it's too far of a drive. And their website has tons of great info and planting instructions!
