I came in today looking for a sofa I was greeted by Mary, she did not waste any time asking what kind of sofas did I like and my price range so that she could show me around the store. We walked around the store together and found a few options she did not rush me and was very patient as I was not sure. Once I decided on a sofa her and Duane the supervisor helped me through checked they were fast and polite. Can’t wait to pick up my new couch!!! If you’re in the market for furniture this is definitely the store to buy from.

Duan helped me out tremendously this is a good place to shop especially if it’s your first place. They have almost everything! And they have good mattresses as well!

I was looking for used appliances until I came to American freight. Their prices are literally 50% off. Everything is scratch and dent. The stove I bought had a dent on the back and the refrigerator I bought had a dent on the side which would be covered by a wall. All this and manufacturers warranties. This place was impressive.

Minnie was super helpful and patient. We were kind of difficult customers, not knowing what we wanted and she took her time with us and helped every step of the way.

Wonderful experience!! We got there around 7 and Stacy greeted us. She was incredible! Bubbly and easy going and totally made it work for us. We told her what we were looking for and she found everything perfectly. Broke the process down and made it so easy! 30 minutes and we were totally taken care of.Definitely coming back for anything we need in the future. Thank you Stacy!!!

I loved the sales people at the store but within a month of having the sofa/loveseat, it lost its shape. I spoke to the Regional Manager, Ian, and he made sure we were able to trade the previous in for an upgrade (per our warranty). We were happy to pay the difference and understand things happen, we just wanted something sturdier and he took care of the situation quickly and without hassle. I am so happy with the level of service we received and with the new sofa - delivered the very next day! THANK YOU!

Bought a new Frigidaire refrigeratore 3/10 and on 3/11 it did not start. Called Frigidaire customer service 3 times over 2 hours. They told me no service tech available for 30 days. Called American Freight manager in Ft Myers and he stated he had another one available come and exchange. I went on Friday after 8 days and installed and it worked. Manager told me to re-register and all good. Highly happy with American Freight manager in Ft. MEYERS.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Multiple ways to pay. Very happy with my New sectional and dining set. The prices are good too. Would definitely recommend checking them out. And I got delivery on the same day!!

I am new to the area and I had the best experience with the people at American Freight. I had shopped all over trying to find a nice affordable bedroom set. When I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by Chris, unlike several other places I went to. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he took me straight to the perfect set. Absolutely love love love!!! Walked in sleeping on the floor walked out with a full house. From bed sets to living room assets and more.
