NAPA Auto Parts - Auto Parts of Montpelier

Stopped in because my Audi TDI had low oil. It takes a very specific kind of oil. They had an oil in the back that matched the VW oil standard needed. They helped look up different standards to make sure it would work. Super helpful.

I have bought a couple different items from NAPA. Car batteries, tools, etc. The staff has always been helpful to me. I know a little about a lot of things and when I need extra info, they are always willing to answer my questions, even if they seem "obvious". Thanks NAPA!

We brockdown in bear lake yesterday. We when to this store and there was a very helpful Man that was really nice and when the extra mile on helping us with our trailer bearing. Now day's you don't see this kind of people. Do we really appreciate All that he did for us. We hope God keeps blessings him and his family.

Our boat trailer bearings broke July 24th at Bear Lake. Drove from Garden City to Mountpelier Napa’s and the attendant who helped us did more than we spectated. He even helped us to take some parts apart. You can tell that he enjoys his job and helping others. Thank you so much for the help.

We stopped at this Napa Auto Parts in Montpelier with some trouble with our trailer Sunday afternoon. The gentleman here had what we needed, made sure what we needed before he closed as we were still working on it. Even gave us some electrical tape. He was very kind :)

These guys saved more than just the day for me,2500 miles from home and the belt blew off of my duramax because of a frozen idler pulley ,I sure picked the right place to call,they had the parts in stock and delivered them to my driver where he was broken down in the middle of nowhere on the side of a highway with a trailer in tow,they even made two trips for us because of the so many different options,Kelly had no problem at all helping out we were very very lucky,stil 10 hours from our destination and then head back home next week with a load.We do our share of road trips and if anything like this ever happens again NAPA will be our first choice of the place to go.Here at home there my favorite parts store for quality and more made in USA items than anyone else that we deal with.Thank you so much Kelly and NAPA .................
