Sleep First Mattress

Sometimes the best things are right in our own neighborhood. I found Sleepfirst to be one of those not well known gems. My wife and I searched for a mattress for weeks at quite a few retailers. They offer a range of quality mattresses from low budget to high and also have clearance items.
Jyllian was very helpful giving us insight and helping find the mattress we liked. Her patience and helpful insight found the perfect set for us. Never trying to push something on us that we couldn't afford or didn't want but rather gave us plenty of space and time.

Great place! They provide great customer service and are willing to not only educate you on every product but negotiate. They are competitive and it is very beneficial to consult them when buying your mattress.

Great experience at Sleep First in Rancho. I was in and out in about 20 min and the service was great. James was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was able to get the exact Nectar mattress I had seen online, give it a test lay, and get it for less than if I had bought online- with all the same guarantees. Very happy with this place.

We walked into the store just to window shop, but ended up buying a mattress because Chuck, the manager was caring, personable and knowledgeable about everything Mattress. It’s like he knew what we needed the moment we showed up and helped us find a perfect Mattress. If looking for a mattress I definitely recommend this location as a place to check out first. We are very happy with the whole experience.

Came in looking for something much softer than what I have now. Chuck was able to quickly show me some options to try out and we found the perfect mattress within 30 minutes. He got everything sorted out so I don't have to worry about getting rid of the old mattress and will have the new one put in for me. Very happy with my experience and will be coming back in the future to shop for a family member. Will definitely recommend to anyone hunting for a new mattress.

Just purchased my first mattress ever here as an adult and Jyll from the Rancho Cordova store was amazing in helping me find one that was around my budget and was actually really nice! She went above and beyond in making sure I was getting it for as low as possible. She was super friendly and clearly wasn't just trying to sell something but to make a connection with the local community and if I ever need anything else bed-wise I'm coming back here for it. My roommates also got a bed here and the service is amazing! Definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a mattress :)

We were helped by Jylly today. She was very helpful and gave us good advice about what mattress would work best for us. I appreciated her positivity and friendliness. Kim was very kind and helpful. She found us the right mattress for our needs and made us smile while doing so. Our experience was great and she made us feel very important by dropping everything she was doing to help us. We will definitely be coming back to to replace our other mattresses at home. My sales representative was Kim. She was totally amazing: friendly and personable and very patient as it took me a long time to decide! She explained all the different types of mattresses, adjustable frames and financing options. In the end I felt very confident in my purchase because she had given me so much information that I could make a wise decision. I can’t wait to get my new bed!

We walked into SleepFirst last Thursday, thinking we'd have to stop by several stores before selecting our new bed, but Jyll was so awesome we felt confident to select our new King size bed on our first visit. She greeted us immediately, even though the store was busy, made sure to ask what we were looking for, pointed out the area we would want to try, was available to answer our follow-up questions and once we decided on the one, she was ready to ring us up. Very nice people. Kim (the manager)understood what we wanted in a bed and how much we wanted to spend. She gave us so many options on what would be good for us. In the future i would go back and tell others if they are needing a new mattress to go there. Very happy we decided to get a new king bed from them

Great service, very clear in offers given, products are great quality, shown off all the features of several bed base models, and great deals so my wallet isn't lighter than other stores. Definitely recommend this place.

Jylly and Alexander were extremely helpful in helping us downsize from a king to a queen to make the most of our small space. Very knowledgeable on every single mattress we were interested in. We just bought our Sealy Posturepedic Copper II Hybrid Cal King mattress from Sleep First on Olson in Rancho Cordova. What a marvelous experience with Jylly, the very knowledgeable and friendly sales person. She didn't push but did show us features of several beds. We had a very relaxed buying experience. My husband had decided he was not going to buy today but she offered us (in the nicest way possible) a deal we could not refuse. My back has been in pain since I started pickle ball in November. Our bed was looking pretty sad after 15 years. First night sleep last night....wow! Night and day! It looks so proud and beautiful in our room. This store made a huge difference when it came to shopping for a bed mattress. Kawal Pawar walked us through everything allowing us to decided what was best for us and our budget with no pressure to upscale or buy something we didn’t want. He was extremely knowledge about all the products and answered every question we had. A wonderful store to shop and support local stores.

I had a fantastic experience at your Rancho Cordova store! I will recommend you to anyone that I hear of looking for a new bed. Sean was great and went way beyond what was expected of him, and because of him, Sleep First will always be the first place that I stop at next time I'm in the market for a new bed! Actually when I got home maintenance was in my apartment doing some repairs and the repairman is shopping for a new mattress and base. He will be going by your Rancho Cordova store to talk to Sean when he gets off work. It's nice to know that there are still places you can go when making a major purchase and not feel like you have to double check every ( i ) to make sure it's dotted and read every word of the fine print to make sure that your not being screwed over with hidden charges snuck in. Had an amazing first time buying a mattress. Fernando was very educational and patient with us. We ended up buying a mattress that was completely different than the one we thought we would like.
