Mattress Firm Zinfandel

My wife and I went here on June 23rd (a Sunday). It was super hot outside (thank you Sacramento summer weather) which is probably why the store was empty. We were greeted by an extremely nice employee named Jennara. We expressed that we really needed to get rid of our awful bed and were looking for an upgrade. She asked us some questions to get an idea of what we were looking for, and started having us lay on different beds that she felt we would like. She explained the pros and cons of each bed, demonstrated what the features were of each bed, and the price points. She was super attentive, professional, informative, funny, and very sweet. No other customers came in, so we had her full attention the whole time, which was pretty awesome. She told us all about the current 4th of July sale they were having and gave us a breakdown of different models and price points. It was an excellent experience. We weren't quite ready to buy a bed that day, so we got her card and intended to come back on a few days later. Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, we didn't get to go back to buy a bed, but Jennara was so awesome, we just had to leave a review. Thank you so much for all your help and attention Jennara, you were amazing. You guys have a fantastic employee in Jennara and I really hope the rest of your staff are just as great.

My husband and I just had the best buying experience ever. Reece was very patient while we tested nearly every mattress in the store multiple times before making a selection. He is extremely knowledgeable about the various brands and his no-pressure-sales approach was much appreciated. This store has so many mattresses to choose from and great financing deals which we took advantage of. We bought a split king Tempur-pedic with adjustable base and received our new set up the very next day. From start to finish, the experience was efficient, relaxing, and we could not be more pleased with our purchase. Thank you Reece and Mattress Firm!!

Ryan has excellent customer service. He helped me based on what I really wanted without been pushy. He made some calls and checked for availability of what I wanted. I had a great experience at Mattress Firm today. Jennara was so helpful! She explained the differences in the beds to me and gave me space as I went bed to bed, laying on each of them until I narrowed down my search. Can’t wait to sleep in my new cozy bed :)

Reese was awesome!! We spoke on the phone before I got to the store; so he already knew what I wanted. He then proceeded to show me the beds I was requesting, not giving me the most expensive bed in the place; like other salesman elsewhere. Jennara was wonderful she was extremely helpful, patient, kind and knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses appropriate for back pain. She was very engaging and extremely patient in finding the best financing for me. I was very lucky to have her guidance when purchasing my mattress! And so thanks so much Jennara! You rock!

I can't say enough good things about this place and the experience we had. Eldridge Cisco was our sales guy and he was epic. Gave us all the info we wanted and then some. Demonstrated everything and anything we wanted and showed us a bunch of things we didn't even know existed. I would have bought everything he showed me if I could've as it was tailored so well to our actual needs. I did however buy a mattress and a frame and some of the dopest pillows I've ever rested my head on. Thank you Mattress Firm, thank you Eldridge. I couldn't recommend this place more for all your mattress needs.

I highly recommend this place. Jennara was the sells lady that helped my husband and I, she was amazing! She was very sweet, knowledgeable and did everything she could to make sure we had a great experience. This is the first time we have purchased a new bed and she made sure we got all the fact's.
