Warwick City Hall

Had to come here to pay a traffic fine for a blown plate light at the municipal court. The woman there was extremely helpful and very polite. Answered all my questions. I actually had to call her the next day due to an issue because the DMV lost or claimed they hadn't received the paperwork i know she sent over for me and she resent it right away and resolved my issue within 4 minutes.

As has always been my experience the staff of the city are great!!
I have always had difficult problems and get them resolved pronto.

I filed a complaint on the city website about commercial property across from my home that was not being maintained. Not only did I get an immediate response from the Mayor's Office by email but within 2 days the maintenance company responsible for the property was there and cleaned it up. Great job by Elizabeth Smith (Mayor's liaison) and Warwick Property Maintenance Dept. I am so happy to be a Warwick resident!

Because of the corona virus I am at high risk due to a serious underlying medical condition and cannot be in crowds or enter buildings and for my business with Warwick City Hall a letter had to be submitted giving another person authority to act on my behalf. The staff was very efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and all went smoothly.

Came here to get a few document notarized. Fast service. Very reasonable fee. $1 for each document. Versus $10 each at UPS. Easy parking. Friendly service.

Came here to sign up for mail voting. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The line was nice and short too.
