Many times you have work done by individuals who you have never met, and you sometimes feel uncomfortable. But it was great to have my window replaced by someone who took the time to explain the process and actually was interested it getting to know who you are, Byron is a good part of the community and is involved in it. You need your window on you vehicles replace don't hesitate to call him.

Brian goes above and beyond to get you taken care of in a timely manner and with the greatest convenience. He volunteered to come to me since he would be in the area. When I was late getting home from work to meet him he found the vehicle, made the repair, left a card in the truck and trusted me to send a check, before I had even arrived. Contacted Bryon with Novus of Wesby/ La Crosse for a chip on my windshield. He responded quickly and helped talk me through how to file an insurance claim. He arrived on time (same day) and actually discovered it was an old glass repair I noticed from before we had bought the van. He was very pleasant , efficient and helped cancel the insurance claim. Very professional and efficient. Will call again when needed!

A rock hit my windshield as I was on my way to my mothers house and Bryon fixed it within the hour. You cant even tell my window was hit by a rock . The response was quick, the repair was speedy, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend!

Can't say enough good things. Broke my back window, called Novus on a Saturday and Bryon answered right away. Gave him the details, said he would call me back right (which he did), set an appointment time at my house (he was right on time), did very quality work (cleaned up all the glass inside, outside, every nook and cranny), put everything back together on my van exactly like it was before the breakage and for a very reasonable price. Thank you.

Just got my windshield replaced and it was so easy. They took care of everything. They even can’t to my work and replaced it in the parking lot so I didn’t miss a beat.
