While the exterior of this establishment looks foreboding, that's a function of historical society demands, but the people who work there are each as helpful as can be and the quality of the part I bought was top notch. Since I have a 2000 and a 2009, I'll surely be there as a satisfied customer again. This review would be appropriately titled "Don't judge a book by its cover" I highly recommend Dead Jeep

Had to wait awhile, but the transmission arrived securley packaged, clean, and no problems. No leaks or noises, and shifts smoothly. All at a very good price.

amazed at how fast my gas tank skid plate arrived - seriously didnt expect it for over a week - it was TWO DAYS - and the condition was AWESOME ... much better than I could've found at a boneyard in N.H. Had the Wrangler up and running that weekend

These guys (and gals) really know their stuff. I've been looking for a front seat for my YJ for a few years. I was in the area and stopped in. He took one look at my Jeep and said "Oh, it's an 87". A few minutes later he walked out with the seat. Also picked up a horn button and dashboard bezel. Very fair prices.

I've ordered a few parts from these guys on eBay over the past year and have always had good service, shipping times were fine, they always answered my questions and the parts I've received were always in great condition! All these people complaining, chill out, yes sometimes a few people may experience delayed shipping times, it happens. Just look at their account, they’ve been on eBay for only 6 years and have sold over 121,000 parts which is an average of boxing up 20,000 parts in one year and an average of 416 parts a week! that’s pretty insane! I used to work for a custom fabrication shop and boxing up a custom exhaust system took me about 30min to box up just for one part! Were all human, we make mistakes! I will continue to buy from Dead Jeep as long as I have my XJ!

I ordered a chrome partfor my YJ. It arrived quickly by USPS, but had been bent in shipping even though it was packed well and had a "Do not bend" sticker on the package (thank you USPS). I talked to Sandra at Dead Jeep, she asked that I send her some pictures. After receiving them, she emailed me that they would send a replacement. It was Friday of Memorial Day weekend so I wasn't expecting anything to happen until the next week. However, I received an email within less than an hour that my part had been harvested and was on the way. Today, I received two of the same part instead of one. I can't recommend them enough.

The deadjeep crew is all around the best bunch of individuals i’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. All the girls in the office are helpful attentive and will go above and beyond to correct any issue you have. Always come in handy when I need a hard to find part or a general question about a part. Whoever runs this operation has the patience of a saint for checking every part and making sure what the customers get is good stuff. Sure orders take a little longer than normal sometimes but with old OEM Jeep parts you take that risk. I would recommend this company just for the customer service and ability to get you what you need for these old jeeps at an affordable rate. parts are getting harder to get but they keep supplying them within fair market value. Definitely recommend!!

Dead Jeep! Some tweaker broke my quarter window on my XJ. I called, Emily was VERY helpful. I ordered the part. Free shipping! Same part on Ebay would have been twice the price. Thanks DEAD JEEP and EMILY, well done. Highly recommend them.

Great customer service, always replied back. Offered to accommodate a refund since the time frame was a little out of the way of a couple weeks. I declined due to not needing rear hatch glass right away. Then it showed up with out notice, sweet surprise. The packaging was noticeable to be glass. And had plenty of cushin. Way to go out of the way deadjeep. Keep it up

Ordered an engine bay wiring harness for a 2000 XJ. Upon looking at the photos on the website I was leery of purchasing the harness. I called their number and spoke with Samantha. Great customer service experience. She let me know this was just a stock photo and the harness I would receive would be in better condition. I trusted her and made the purchase. Now I am glad I did. The harness that showed up was in great condition for being used and, arrived 15 days faster than the ETA. If there is ever any hard to find item I need, Dead Jeep will be my first stop. A lot of the 1 star reviews on here are from bitter people who are impatient and think parts are just neatly packaged on shelves awaiting them to make their order so it can be sent out the door same day. The people at DJ have always been nothing but nice to me and Alisson is a wonderful service representative. Ive placed orders on the website and through ebay and granted yes sometimes it may take a little bit, BUT they always come through for me.

Bought a used part through Ebay. Shipping was a bit slow but the part arrived as described and the package was packed/taped up like Fort Knox which I definitely appreciated lol. It fixed the problem I was having (bad heater/blower motor control module).

Got my parts as expected, prompt delivery. Friendly staff will be ordering again
