Kudos and many thanks to Paul Sherman at Town One Realty. Paul recently helped me sell my mothers condo after her passing. I live out of state which added some complexity the sale; however, I always found Paul be professional and an excellent communicator who consistently went above and beyond to assure a successful sale. His experience and personalized service were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend him.

Awesome experience with Paul Sherman at Town One Realty! Being thrust into the first-time home buyers market, my boyfriend and I immediately began searching for homes in the area and the first house we were interested in was with Town One. Paul immediately responded through Zillow that evening and set up a call the very next day. He took us around to several homes, all the way going down our "wish list" and "don't want" list. Honesty is the best policy and we expressed exactly what we liked and didn't about each home. After seeing only 2 homes, the third was everything we wanted (and within our budget!). Paul is on top of everything before your question arises and ensured all appraiser requirements were handled promptly.
