Absolutely WONDERFUL business! My white gold engagement ring had turned yellow after using my shampoo which contained toner (oops!). The ring was from Alaska, so there wasn’t much chance of me going back to where it was purchased. I decided to try a local shop. They not only rhodium dipped my ring, but they fixed (replaced) spot in the sizing (the company used before used sterling silver instead of gold), polished it, cleaned it, and tightened some diamonds that were loose. They also let me know that they offer FREE cleanings and inspections. Definitely check them out!

After a horrible experience with a chain jewelry store, I called Waddington. Ben answered the phone and within minutes made me extremely comfortable as I asked several different questions. With a wedding date just a few months away, I wanted a ring fast! We walked in to Waddington the next day and Jen assisted us and helped us find the exact ring we were looking for! The process was fast and friendly, and both Ben and Jen were extremely helpful! We had the ring sized and on my finger less than a week later! I highly recommend visiting Waddington for any jewelry needs! We will be lifelong customers from now on!

Absolutely stunning designs from vintage beauty to modern elegance, pearls diamonds and every gemstone you could imagine. Gorgeous lockets available too they really had everything and displayed so fluid. The prices are fair as well no matter what you're looking for!

I always come here to get my watch batteries changed, small jewelry repairs like clasps or chain breaks, and cleanings. Never had any issues and always reasonably priced! Have even purchased earrings before. Love this local jeweler!

Everyone was so helpful in assisting me with the redesign of my wedding ring set for our 30th anniversary. They even ordered a few sample rings so I could select the style I liked the best. I couldn’t be happier with the service and my rings!

Ben and Jen helped my husband and I design the perfect ring using my original diamonds. The process was so smooth, and the end result is still my favorite piece. Since then, nearly every jewelry gift I have received has come from their shop. They also gladly repair a very sentimental bracelet every time I have an issue with it. I took in two watches for new batteries today and got fast service with a smile as usual. A few years ago, I took in some old gold things and they bought them for cash based on weight. I have had old rings sized and loops put on pendants to hang on a chain. They are always friendly and knowledgeable and fun to chat with.

We bought our wedding bands and an Ohio State watch from Waddington's last year and I LOVE being able to tell everyone who compliments my ring and watch exactly where I got them from. The ring we found for me was perfect and I know we were very lucky to find it since it was designed by Jen, so it was quite possibly one of a kind.
Ben and Jen do such a great job at their store, they have lots of great products and it is a very welcoming atmosphere. I also love all of their little events, such as Ladies' Night.

Great quality merchandise at a fair price. The most beautiful selection of jewelry out there is in their showroom. I always get compliments on my jewelry. Love this store! Friendly, helpful and they really know their stuff! My husband and I discovered this gem of a store when we were passing through on vacation. Visited with the owners Ben & Jen. They made us feel very welcome! No high pressure sales tactics here. Just a hard working couple raising a family, just like the rest of us!
