I can’t say enough about Paul Bevilaqua from Coldwell Banker EvenBay Real Estate! Being first time home buyers, my husband and I had so many questions but Paul walked us through every step of the process with patience and kindness. He always offered the best and most honest advice and was so eager to help, from being available any time for a showing, to arranging appointments with electricians for our desired property, to taking all of our calls when we were feeling unsure of things - he always put us at ease. It truly felt like we were going through this process with a friend and we are sad that we won’t be chatting with him much anymore!! I truly recommend anyone buy or sell their house with Paul, he is one of a kind!

Working with Janice for the 3rd time. You will lose your confidence with all realtors after working with her because she sets the bar too high. I am buying my 1st house without her and you have to basically go all Dexter to get any realtor to put in half the effort she does.
