I have ordered from Pro Tinker Toys (PTT) at least 3 or 4 times. The items have always arrived correct and on time. Prices are good, on some items prices can not be better. They also have live streams and You Tube events that are fun and can be informative. I do not know of another small locally owned business that has exclusive items with their own branding on them. I have purchased new items, demo items and exclusive items. When Bryan creates a sale it is second to none. I bought a slot car set that is normally $110 to $120 for $90 and received a free extra slot car as a gift, plus I was able to use an extra 10% discount code on the purchase. What would have been $140 to $150 from a different store was $81. I just do not believe any of the reviews that are less than 5 stars. PTT goes above and beyond to make their customers happy and to keep them engaged/involved!

I met Brian at the Parsippany slot car show with my buddy Mark, aka the mayor, what a great guy!! Personable, funny and energetic, I check his website daily and WOW does he have great stuff to purchase. I hope to see him again soon!

This is the first Google review that I have written but I just had to put in a good word for these guys. I had a minor problem with an online order that I had received and they promptly sent me a replacement and made everything right within a few days. The communication back and forth was terrific. In the modern era of Walmart and Amazon and the hassles of going through “customer service” it is nice to still be able to talk directly with a small family run business that puts the customer at the center of what they do. I should also mention that they have the best selection of slot cars, parts, and sets that I have seen in a long time. Their YouTube videos are great and informative as well so check them out if you get the chance. I am sure I will be making many purchases from them in the future and would encourage everyone else to support this great little family business as well. There are not many hobby and toy shops like this one left.

Fantastic place to buy from, large selection of products. Check out the Website to see there products, fast shipping. Tim does a outstanding job of packing your items so that the arrive in the same condition as they left the shop. Bryan and Ryan run an amazing shop, both are wonderful to talk to if you have questions either about your order or if you need assistance with your hobbies. If you are lucky enough to live close enough to the shop it must be a great experience to shop in person, but the online shop will do for the rest of us. So glad I discovered the shop, won't use anyone else. You should also check out the YouTube channel for Protinkertoys, it is so much fun to see these are real people that just have fun at their jobs.

I have got to say it has been many years since I did business with a company that has the values and morals that this place has Bryan was so nice and definitely went beyond what he had to do to fix an issue I had with my order if every place of business ran there company like Bryan does this one this country would be almost perfect and the shipping was as fast as I have ever seen definitely looking forward to doing business with them again so if you stumble on them like I did looking for something specific and are worried like I was at first do not worry because it will be done right so thanks again Bryan

Totally positive experience everyone there was very helpful and friendly and the shipment was out the door within the hour and all the way to Canada within a week. My husband's hobby is slot cars We drove up 2 hrs from Columbus, and we weren't disappointed at all. My husband was like a kid in a candy store. There is a little bit of everything there, and if he doesn't have it, I'm sure he can find it. All in all, it was fantastic visit, and I'm glad we went.

Just ordered an F-4 fighter jet model. These are getting hard to find and somewhat expensive. ProTinker had what I wanted and at a price much less than other sites. Will definitely order from them again.
