I’ve been renting from Steel Valley Homes for over a year now and they have been wonderful! The application and approval process was quick and painless. They respond to maintenance requests and any questions/concerns in a timely manner. They have a convenient app that allows me to pay my rent and send requests/upload pictures.
I would definitely recommend them!

The owners are great! We have worked with John for over 7 years, and there is no other company we would rather work with. Anytime a maintenance request is put in, they are here same day if not next day. They are on top of everything and communicate well with tenants.

I've been very happy with my service with Steel Valley Homes since my move in June to one of their rental properties. From the start, the property management team has always been available to answer any questions or concerns I had in a professional and timely manner. The unit was exceptionally clean and updated with new appliances, fixtures and flooring upon my move in and new windows were installed recently. They take great care in maintaining their properties and maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours. I'm so happy with the choice I made to go with Steel Valley Homes for my residential needs!

Ive rented twice from this company. Once when I was a college student 6 years ago, and now currently. Both times I have been more than satisfied with their services, and was impressed with how they go out of the way to care for tenants. I have needed things fixed 3 times so far at my new apartment, and they always have a guy out at the apartment within a week to fix the problem. It's so relieving to know that if there is a problem it will get fixed. The apartments I've rented were clean and well-maintained. I was especially happy with the cleanliness of this most recent one, as I'm living with my disabled mother and of course with a situation like that you don't want to spare any expense for your relatives' health. John and Adam were great during the lease signing process. I would highly recommend leasing from Steel Valley Homes.

I have been renting for yrs. This by far is one of the best property management company that I have delt with. Adam and John have been so helpful. They are quick to respond and very helpful. I’ve lived in a complex managed by Steel Valley Homes for a couple months and super happy with my experience! It is my first time living on my own so I was nervous but feel so safe and honestly feel like this is the best management team. I have heard so many horror stories about apartment managers and I have had an amazing experience so far. If there is a problem it gets fixed that day, and they communicate throughout the entire process. Everyone that works there is also super helpful and thoughtful.

Steel Valley Homes is a GREAT property management firm! Everyone (from the owner, manager and maintenance men) is very sincere, nice, respectful and considerate. If there is ever any issue they're quick to respond and fix it. They are careful to keep the properties well cared for. It's been a blessing living in a house managed by them!

The team at Steel Valley Homes has effectively managed my rental property for over 13 years. I haven't even looked for anyone else because from my perspective they understand both the investor side and the tenant side of rentals. They always aim for long term happy tenants and yet as an owner I get a property that is nearly on autopilot. Update (April 2024) - I have now had the opportunity to work with Steel Valley Homes leasing specialist Adam W. I live across the country and he helped me completely update my condo while staying within my rather limited budget.

And even under these restraints, Adam has achieved our rental goals that will allow me to recoup my construction investment over the next X number of years.

Everyone that I've worked with at Steel Valley over the last decade has been outstanding, trustworthy and professional. You can trust them with your business whether you are looking to rent or if you have a house or condo you are about to put on the rental market. They are a full service agency. Give John or Adam a call, you won't be disappointed.
