Many thanks to the team at Victra Warren for their great customer service and helping attitudes. We stopped in immediately after an accident with our Samsung phone and were assisted immediately. In addition to helping us select new product best for us, (including trading in a second phone for a new Samsung Flip phone) Jay improved our Verizon program to provide more benefits at a lower cost. Jeremy was able to transfer the data from the damaged phone (thank you!) and Tiana was a great help as well with her detailed knowledge of everything! Many thanks - you're the best!

I loved our representative Zack so much, he was multitasking 3 customers at once like no other and making it look oh so easy. I give him 6 stars, what a great store and great sales man, you guys dont deserve him; A seriously hard worker and pleasant man. 6 stars

The Sales person, Tiana, was professional, courteous, organized and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. She was a pleasure to work with.

Factory Verizon store was no help or info on what's going on with my 4g/5g signal. Came here and Jamie not only told me Verizon is doing some upgrades but also did a reset on my phone to help it out. The factory store just tells me to call their Loyalty Team, which gives you the runaround. Same yourself the hassle and come here first!!!!

Had a great experience at the Victra Verizon store. Actually multiple different sales associates and different visits and all different issues. 😂

Jeremy was knowledgeable, patient and readily answered my questions, very through, explained details to me without pressuring and when he was done with my new phone it was just as my turned in phone was. He also showed me how he took all my information and returned my phone to factory setting. Best experience at a Verizon store.

Staff is super friendly I highly recommend this store! Jeremy helped us with our upgrades and ordering the phones, Jami helped us with set up after the phones came in, both were very nice and helpful. The atmosphere is laid back and not pushy unlike most other phone stores.

The saleswoman here was extremely professional and answered all my questions in a very straightforward way. Definitely didn't get the fast talking shady sales pitch like I have at other phone stores. Happy with everything I ended up getting.

Great service!! Our tech Nate was extremely knowledgeable and transferred 7 phones quickly and efficiently. He answered hundreds of our questions all while multitasking the transfers, questions, pricing and info about accessories. Very well done.

I didn't really get the phone I wanted to get,but got a different phone instead which is a better quality phone then I was using. Also got some accessories for the phone. So I got a new phone some good accessories for an affordable price. And the sales associate that help me Nathaniel Rodriguez was awesome very good communication and customer relations. Definitely would recommend friends and family to stop by the store.

The staff was extremely helpful. I was at this store to make a switch to Verizon and did not leave disappointed at all. I was never once forced into anything and I never felt uncomfortable during the sale. The staff is very knowledgeable and easy going.

Always awesome. I've been coming here for years now 12/10! I always stop and see Jamie. She is very helpful. Will do anything to make the guest happy! Just met Bella, she rocks.

Zack knows everything about devices, helps you use the Cloud efficiently, and does a health check-up on your bill. Absolutely no issues with this place. It's the only Verizon/Victra store I use.
