Ross Simons Jewelry Store in Warwick, RI

I always go here when my jewelry needs to be serviced. I would not go anywhere else. I'm always satisfied. Never had a problem after being a patron of many years. The reason is "trust". I completely trust them to take care of my jewelry.
People are very always helpful, don't rush you, they're very kind

I highly recommend the jewelry repair at Ross-Simons in Warwick, RI. I have had my rings worked on over the years at other jewelers, but no one has come close to the quality of work and attention to detail the jewelers have at Ross-Simons. My antique wedding rings were worn & thin. They rebuilt the prongs, replaced the shank, reset the stone (it’s level & shines!) and resized both rings. They are beautiful. I never expected such exquisite work. Thank you!

The sales woman was very friendly! I had bought a silver bangle from Ross Simon on line. It was beautiful but it was not able to smoothly go over my hand. I asked to have it returned to the warehouse. She took care of everything and told me I would have my money in 6 to ten business days. After that transaction I bought myself another Cape Cod silver bangle. I love it even more than the one I sent back!

We had an amazing experience working with Randall today. He was very helpful with my fiancé and I while we picked out wedding bands. Definitely recommend visiting and doing business with Ross Simons.

I didn't go to the Warwick store, but was somehow given their phone number instead of the Boston location, and ended up talking to one of their employees on the phone. I was calling about a watch question, and they don't even have a watch department! Still, the employee was very helpful, knew about the watch in question, and was very helpful despite not having any obligation to help (since it was not only the wrong store, but a store without a watch department). Wonderful.

The staff at Ross-Simons Warwick are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without the hard sell. Great experience. We worked with Wayne, specifically. He's fantastic!

Amanda was amazing in helping me and my now fiancé find the perfect ring. She was able to pull the exact ring I was thinking of, and then the one I actually wanted! The process was so low pressure and the opposite of what we experienced at the chains! We love Amanda and will be back for our wedding band.

Recieved a pair of beautiful Gold Earrings for Christmas. A Gold Chain and a Cross. Returned the chain/cross. Too large for me but very pretty.
