Elizabeth & Lyn made a concept gift idea a reality having their in-house jeweler custom make a necklace for my Mothers upcoming bday. I always have a great experience when I visit. My ring is very precious and important to me, the bands are from Jared but the diamond was my great grandmothers, passed down to me. I get nervous taking it off but know that it is in the best care it possibly be could with Arianne. From a cleaning to a loose diamond to any questions I may have. I have so much comfort knowing it’s in caring hands!

Had issues with my ring a couple of times the assistant manager helped me each time fix the issue and when it couldn’t be resolved they offered me to replace the whole ring or get a new design for a replacement one and I honestly love the newer one now. Definitely happy for the help!
