Stopped in to have a charm necklace made and am so pleased with the quality of the work that I received. It was completed while I waited and I had an enjoyable time chatting with the owner as he worked. Every customer who came in when I was there raved about the place and now I refuse to go anywhere else for my jewelry!

I went in to have my watch sized and was greeted by the nicest couple. Dave took care of me right away. His professionalism and knowledge were much appreciated. They have a really nice selection of jewelry and other gifts. I highly recommend them

I stopped by to have a setting fixed on a circa 1958 ring. Dave did a beautiful job and was great to chat with. Great small business!

These people are amazing. I went to get a new chain to go with a charm I got for Christmas. They let me wear it home I didn't pay for it. I went back the next day to pay and they charged me a minimul amount. This is the third time I've been there and will never go to another jeweler. The people went over and above to help me. I got my wedding and engagement ring at Chief's! they were sized on the spot, and the diamond was an estate find so it was cleaned up for me there as well. My husband's band also came from here (not shown) and all told we paid 1,000 for 2 bands and the engagement ring (minus RI taxes).

Chief's was super duper affordable, easy to work with and had LOTS of inventory to choose from! They have both new and estate jewelry so have things for every budget!

They are very knowledgeable. He soldered my rings together all three, it came out so nice and looks perfect. We also asked about some old coins and he was very honest and said hold onto them give to the kids or sell on our own. The service was perfect and we will be sending all our friends and family there. I have been going here off and on for years and I can't say enough how wonderful the owners and employees are there and the jewelry is reasonable and they have a great selection from sterling and gold to diamonds. They also buy jewelry you either don't want or have to sell because you need the money. If you're looking for a great honest business please give Chiefs a try, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing place to find affordable jewelry cheap rings. The selections is amazing. If you are looking for blue sapphire they have the best collection in RI. They also fix watches and sell watches. Give them a chance and see why people love the Chief.

An excellent place to go for jewelry. They were patient and helped me pick out a present for my wife and when the chain did not fit they replaced it no questions asked. A great family owned business.

I have ALWAYS had good experiences here. I've purchased several items there, had repairs done, including a pair of wire-rimmed glasses that no body else could fix.
The store is usually very busy, especially on Saturdays, and that says something in itself.
Never had a problem with service, even on the busiest days. They juggle several customers at a time.

Always love seeing everyone here. Been doing business with Chiefs since 1978. Always polite and courteous. Store and Repair Shop are almost always busy, so sometimes you just need to have patience! Always have very good prices! Always try to work with you and not over sell you.

Had a Ring Sized Daivd did a Great job and the Price was excellent.

I have come here a few times to get my rings resized. They do it while you wait & watch. It is quick, reliable and very fairly priced. Definitely recommend.
