I have ordered from you guys before your prompt and have very good quality barstools and chairs. I’m very pleased with the products a huge plus is that they already come assembled!!

The agent was extremely helpful in getting the chairs purchased for me. The delivery was faster than they said. Chairs seem very nice. They are extras so aren't in use yet. They are a lot lighter than the ones we already gave.

Highly recommended. Ordering was quick and easy and the chairs I ordered arrived withing days. Two chairs were slightly damaged (scuffed finish) and they were replaced promptly without the hassle of returning the original ones. These chairs are rock solid, somewhat heavy but feel like they will last until you take an axe to them.

I have purchased a few tables now from RF4L and all went smoothly, no problems. This last little 4-foot table and two chairs, I had continuous problems: First, I did receive my fabulous two cross-back chairs, not a problem and they are awesome! But, I never received my table! The first one I ordered, lost in shipment; and now the second (replacement) was obviously dropped in shipment (packaged in a cardboard box with no protection around the rim) There is a large chard of veneer cracked off the top finish. I am so disappointed, because these tables are so beautifully made and the tops are so lovely. I'm not sending it back, not going through all that I've been through of late with this 4-foot round. I've had really nice and kind service reps help me with this, but going on over a month now...I'll just keep a tablecloth on it. I just don't know what happened. It's just a table, I know, and I'm not changing my rating of 5 stars, due to the many previous wonderful purchases, prior to this last purchase, with this company. Things just happen. Cheers! This was our first purchase from Restaurant Furniture 4 Less, and we are VERY HAPPY with the service we received. We are a tax exempt nonprofit, so we had to place our order with a live representative. The order was handled with ease, and the product (20 metal outdoor chairs) arrived (SURPRISINGLY) in 2 days, well ahead of the promised date! I absolutely love the bistro chairs I ordered - the Advantage Light Brown X-Back Chair. They are light and easy to move, yet sturdy. I love how the light bistro chairs look against my darker mahogany table. They give my kitchen table area some flair that was missing with the chairs that matched with my kitchen table. The chairs arrived quickly, all assembled and well packaged. It was so nice not to have to spend hours assembling. I also like how they stack, which comes in handy when I was my floor. I will definitely order a couple more of these.

I LOVE this company. It was our first experience ordering from them. We had two separate orders, and they both shipped right away, and arrived quickly. They are chairs of a wonderful quality, and we will definitely be using Restaurant Furniture 4 Less for all of our future needs. The chairs I purchased were a great quality at a good price and I received them in a timely manner.

One of the chairs arrived chipped on one of the legs. After posting a review, they reached out, and without me asking, they shipped a new chair. Their customer service is IMPRESSIVE.

I have dealt with a lot of companies and i have to say that the customer service was outstanding and would not hesitate in doing more business with them soon.

My Chairs came and I absolutely love them ! I was afraid because of the reviews. I’m sorry for people who had a bad experience but I did NOT. My chairs came in perfect condition. The box was torn and had a huge hole but my chairs were wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic. Plus I think it was fedex or whoever delivered it that tore the box up I don’t think any company or website would send your stuff in a torn box. My chairs are beautiful, clear, and shiny.

I started my order online but needed help and ended up having to call customer support. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased 3 patio tables and 32 patio chairs. Although the chairs took longer to arrive than I had anticipated, all items were delivered in perfect condition. Great products and great customer support. I will definitely order from them again.

First off the chairs were greatly priced as others had them marked up for about 150% higher. Your company had them at the cheapest cost which was not cheap as in junk. The chairs are sturdy, very nice looking and memory foam padding in the seat and seat back. The color was nice too. I received them in good shape not beat up, nor old and dusty from sitting in a warehouse. I am 1000% pleased. I would recommend if you are looking for folding chairs that are comfortable for sitting for a good length of time go to this company. I am curious to see what else they have that Ian be looking for. In the conclusion, great buy!

We purchased 2 wooden barstools with padded seats. Product is very good quality, highly recommend. Only problem was with shipping, there was not much padding in the boxes and products get thrown around with fedex and UPS which resulted in minor damages. We were reimbursed which displays great customer service. Only suggestion is that they protect their products better for shipping.
