I called them about my mother's ring that had broke in the shank. I wanted to bring it in and pick it up the same day, they were so nice to work with me on that. They fixed it and it looks beautiful like a new ring. And at a very reasonable price. I will be seeing them again

Aebischer's Jewelry will always be a go to when I am searching for a beautiful piece. When my wife and I were looking for an engagement ring back in 2020, Adam and the team at Aebischer's were there to help. I have never felt more comfortable in a jewelry store than I did that day. We went in not really knowing what we were looking for, but Adam spent so much time going over the details about diamonds and their different features. This really helped us envision the perfect diamond. He then went above and beyond to search and find the perfect stone that aligned with our vision. It truly was an amazing experience that my wife and I will always remember. Since then, we have been back to Aebischer's multiple times and each time they offer to clean our jewelry. My fiancé and I went to Aebischer’s to look at engagement rings to get an idea of what I like. The customer service is phenomenal. Adam is so helpful and showed me all possible options and went above and beyond to customize what I was looking for. My fiancé ended up purchasing the ring from Aebischer’s and their customer service during the process was unlike anything I ever experienced. They are always offering cleanings for the ring whenever we stop in and they make sure we know that we are welcome anytime for anything we may need. We stopped in again the other day to look at earrings and again, Adam and Doug pulled all kinds of earrings to show me all options, things I may like, and again were just so kind and helpful along the way. While my fiancé was in the process of purchasing my ring, Adam took the time to sit and educate my fiancé on the different types of diamonds and their weights, color, clarity etc. They truly go above and beyond for their customers and I love that they are so personable with their clients!

I had five watches serviced for various issues, and ordered a watch with a manufacturer not usually carried by the store. Watches were repaired quickly, and explanation of watch band deterioration/replacement was the type of customer service you will not receive anywhere that isn’t a family-owned establishment.

Multiple generations of incredible people running this business is the reason it continues to thrive in 2023. Kudos to them and hoping for similar future success.

I recently lost 3 rings during a house move, including my late mother's engagement ring. My first encounter with Aebischer's Jewelry was when I went in there to try to obtain some valuations on the jewelry that I had lost for insurance purposes. Their sympathetic and thoughtful attitude helped to make an awful situation much more bearable for me. Nothing was too much trouble and their caring attitude was so comforting. Upon the settlement of my loss I returned to them to arrange for a custom ring to be made - Doug was wonderful, really listening to all my requests and sent for several samples of stones and settings until I found the right one, or as he put it, something that 'spoke' to me. The ring was made and I could not have been happier, it is fabulous! Since then, I have arranged for various jewelry repairs and modifications to be carried out by Aebischer's, all with the same meticulous attention to detail. It is such a friendly and welcoming place, all the staff are so pleasant, and when in the store it certainly seems that so much of the clientele are returning customers. No wonder! What a jewel of a place, If they don't have what you want, they will go out of their way to help you, without any pressure sales techniques. We should like to think that we are counted as friends by Doug and his family, that would be a privilege! We cannot recommend this place highly enough, real service.

Went in yesterday to have a ring sized. The store is so gorgeous that my husband could not resist buying me a beautiful diamond anniversary band. I love it so much. It was fun to meet the family in a family owned business! Thank you so much for the awesome service Doug!

11/6- Fiance threw caution to the wind and we decided to go back and get the sizing beads. They were so inexpensive, and the process was very easy! After we did this, my fiance looked at mens rings, and she went over multiple options and is contacting the company to let him know about customizaton. Another amazing experience with Aebischer's!

10/23- My fiance proposed to me on Tuesday, and unfortunately, I told him the wrong size. We live in Pittsburgh, and the jeweler he ordered it from was a small business in Michigan. We frequently visit Boardman, and since I needed to get sized, we googled jewelers and came across Aebischer's.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and even though it was about 30 minutes before closing and quite busy, we were helped within 3 minutes. The saleswoman was so kind. Despite her knowing that my ring wasn't purchased at Aebischer's, she still treated us as if we did. She gave me multiple options for sizing, and was kind enough to give me a new temporary ring sizer. I had bought a pack at Walmart and it was cutting off the circulation to my finger, and by her attaching the new sizer, it was instant relief! She even gave me another to take home.

My fiance was checking out the mens selection, and she gave him the website information for customization.

Even though my jeweler informed us today that it would void our warranty, we would love to work with Aebischer's in the future. My fiance was talking cars with another customer, and the rest of the staff was out and talking with us. They were all so friendly. We had such a great experience!

We had an excellent experience at Aebischer’s. Adam Aebischer is very kind and will help you in any way he can. Every diamond I looked at was very high quality, and Adam made sure to find the best diamond in my price range. We also got our wedding bands from Aebischer’s. We were able to email Adam the styles we liked, and he had many choices ready for us when we came in. Any future jewelry that we buy will definitely be from Aebischer’s.

Amazing family owned and operated business in Youngstown. I went through Aebischer's to get my engagement ring appraised and create my custom wedding band. I wanted a really different band - not a full circle, but cut with a gap to fit around my oval stone. Several other jewelers turned me away, but the team at Aebischer's worked with me to create the PERFECT ring. It was better than I even imagined. Will only trust them with my jewelry needs!

Adam & the whole team at Aebischer's made buying my engagement ring an INCREDIBLE experience. Experience is the best word to use, because from start to finish its service on a whole other level. The education before purchasing is top notch, and the customization options are endless. I felt informed the entire time, and ended up visiting 5 times before deciding, and they encouraged to fully explore all of my options. I ended up custom building a ring that was unlike any other and it was absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else, and highly recommended them.

Doug, Karen, Adam and all the folks at Aebsicher's are fantastic to buy from. I bought my wife's engagement ring there, as well as our wedding bands, after shopping around at some of the names you hear on TV all the time. Everyone else coudn't give me the time of day but Doug really took his time, explaining the different types of diamonds and settings. The price was better than anywhere else I shopped.
