On the Spot was great. Driver was prompt, professional, and handled my vehicle with care. No complaints at all here. The driver really seemed to enjoy his work and had a lot of great things to say about his employer. It was a cool experience to hear an employee love his job and compliment and appreciate his employer. Speaks volumes about the company.

What a life saver experience my family had in Columbus, last Thur night, Aug 10.
Drew came and took my family and dog from Columbus to Cleveland after several other drivers werent able to take all of us in one trip.

Sunday evening and blew out a tire on my loaded trailer. On the Spot helped take off my blown tire at the gas station, then escorted me to the shop to replace the blown out tire. Quick and reliable service. We would have been stranded all night if it wasn’t for these men. God Bless this company

Excellent tow service! Drew from there was so helpful to me and my wife when we were stuck far from home with a a little undecribed pickup we had just purchased. Went to drive home and it wouldn't move! But OTS towing and drew helped us get back to wv with very up to date equipment and without a long wait time. Our new ride got back safe and sound! Twice I've needed towed! Once from my home once from a random person's driveway! Both times the driver was quick, courteous, friendly, affordable! He was knowledgeable, and experinced in his job! Tow truck was newer and capable for my large suv! Highly recommended! Will be using them in the future!

Words cannot express how amazing Drew is. This man is truly a life saver and a blessing to earth from the heavens. I have been out on the highway for a nonexaggerated time of FIVE HOURS, after having made a request to AAA for a tow. Let it be known that they told me I was a high priority, since being on the side of the highway is dangerous, and they estimated 15-45 min. After going on and off phone calls with AAA for 4 hours, my tow finally shows up, only to be cancelled out of NOWHERE. This was my worst nightmare at this point, and as I waited for AAA to answer my next calls, I got a notification saying that another driver was on the way - and was already 10 min out!!! I couldn’t believe this as it was a dream I never thought would come true, and next thing I knew, Drew and his tow truck show right up by my car. Drew explained to me that he just finished his last job in West Salem, a town nearby me, and that he saw the call had been waiting there for 5 hours now, and instead of going home after a long day, he went out of his way to come save me. I estimate that I would’ve gotten another driver in another couple hours of waiting, so he saved me so much misery.
He was so nice when we met him and was super quick about getting the job done. I could never have asked for a better tower. Drew, if you see this, thanks so much once again, you’re the best! <3

This is one of the fastest and best towing companies I have used! The driver that towed my car is hands down the best looking tow truck driver I have ever seen! Everyone I talked to from On The Spot was extremely professional. They are always quick to respond and show up. And have great affordable prices! They actually care about their customers! They are all genuinely nice guys and I will always be requesting them for any services I need in the future!

They were great Drew was on time courteous and very helpful. My mother’s car was dead and stuck in the garage. He got it out in minutes pushing it by hand with a smile on his face. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Drew was amazing guy! My car quit running on me called another well known company which was rude from the get go! They don't allow riders so Im suppose to walk! Drew said it was no problem to ride with him. Now on the spot is on my phone instead of the other. Thank you again Drew

Got a flat tire no spare and drew came to save me.. He called when on his way good thing because AAA had him going 71 south and we were on 71 north . He gotvthere quick and was great and friendly ❤ him and would recommend him and company to any one
