Had to have some links taken out of two watches that were way too long.

He did it quickly, made sure the fit was right and charged me LESS than $20 for BOTH total. Will definitely go back.

Some people are complaining that Bob isn't a people person. He's imo an introvert, like me. It's not that he's rude he's just not a "chatty Kathy" type person.

Just remember this, he's not rude, he's just not a chatty person. IMO

Always does a good job, got my grandmas cocktail ring resized and he told me the prongs were worn so he fixed those too and cleaned it, reasonably priced and efficient, I don’t even think it took him a week

Had a ring resized. He had it done ahead of schedule and did wonderful work.

Great quality service. The jeweler was very focused and attentive to his work. Great job resizing a ring down three sizes. And was done sooner than they had suggested. I will go back there.

I've taken three rings to have turquoise put in them. Always exceptional work! Prices are more than fair. I highly recommend having jewelry repaired there.

Bob is an excellent master jeweler and we take all of our watches to him and he replaces the batteries on the spot! We are fortunate to have such a jewel in Findlay.

The Jewelers Workbench is the only place I take my jewelry! The service is excellent and the price is always more than fair! If you need anything done- resizing, broken chains, or custom pieces- this IS the place to go!

Took a watch for battery replacement today. Awesome and nice guy, very reasonably priced.

JWB is a what I like to think of as a ''Hidden Treasure" -a small shop owned & operated by Bob Grandbois. I purchased a 3 marquise cut Sapphire w/Diamond accents ring from a FB sale site. The ring had to be enlarged by 5 sizes which can be quite expensive if taken to any larger, known & advertised jeweler. Bob quoted me a more than generous low fee. In addition, he repaired 2 gold chains (broken & in desperate need of cleaning/polish) & a 5 Ruby bracelet (missing post). The request of 1 chain to be shortened while being repaired was overlooked, however, Cameron (apprentice) & Bob took care of it while I waited (approx. 10 mins). I wish I could post before/after pictures.

I can not say enough about the service I received -the craftsmanship is exceptional & service was verv time efficient. I would absolutely recommend checking out the shop & all that it holds! I also enjoyed the conversation that we held during my visit & may even pop in from time to time.

Any jewelry or watch repair....this is your place. Couldn't have been more pleased to find this little gold nugget in Findlay. Check him out.
