Outstanding service! I wanted to replace an existing culvert pipe below my driveway as the original one was the wrong size. I contacted Lorain County Engineer and everyone was extremely helpful. Yvonne at the front desk was always friendly and polite, Steve Adams was very responsive and provided expert guidance on the process, and the work crew (Joey and team) who removed the old pipe and installed the new one was friendly and efficient. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much to everyone involved!

Once again, following a heavy rain, a great deal of gravel around our driveway apron was eroded away. The Lorain County Engineers crew came out and filled in the washed out area without my wife or me asking them to do so. Great job, guys, thanks again.

I'm pretty sure this is the person who programs the stop lights, and none of them in Elyria are timed anymore! You used to be able to drive through stress free, now you have to stop at every light. It takes forever to get across town on the highway.
