Customer service could not have been any greater. Everyone was very personable and the price was super reasonable. I needed my laptop screen replaced and they recommended where I order from and told me they would replace it once it was shipped to me. I was originally told it would take a few days as they had numerous projects to fix which was no big deal, but he ended up staying late just to finish mine since he knew I was heading out of town late the next day. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for affordable and quality electronic service.

Just needed a quick screen cover replacement for my Note 8. Service was stellar, and it came with a great conversation. They even installed my screen cover (something bug chain stores don't always do), which made the while experience even less stressful. Kind, polite, professional; will be back when I have any more needs for my cellular device.

I had a fantastic repair service at CelltroniX. The owner is a real gentleman who treats his customer very well. The service was performed while I waited, it was very prompt, and exceedingly reasonable. I plan to return in the near future for a battery replacement. CelltroixX deserves a 5 star review.

Despite living in Columbus for the last two years, I will still ONLY take my phone to these guys because I know their work is good. Every time I walk in the door, they are always friendly, helpful, and courteous! I've never had an issue with a faulty repair after coming to them for around four years now.

Took in my pixel 3a and he was very kind from the start.he quoted me a price of $129 for my screen replacement. I know my phone isn’t very popular so I assumed it would take a second to get the part, but ended up being only a couple of days. Ends up the screen itself cost $120 but he kept it the same price as he quoted me when I took it in. Very awesome service 100/10 would take my phone back to get repaired.

I had a spiderweb crack desecrating the screen on my iPhone 6 Plus :/ I almost went to a place I had my phone repaired previously, but CelltroniX was closer (and the least expensive out of four places). I'm so glad I chose to go here. I was treated kindly and my phone, only four months old when I broke it, now appears pristine again. Great prices and service, staffed by folks who seem genuinely decent...I plan to be a patron of this shop for my future device/accessories needs.

I had good service, my phone had a strange issue with the vibration feature. The repair guy was kind enough to fix the issue on the spot and gave me very good service. My phone is a rare Android model and I was suprised that they did such good work on it!

Needed a new battery for wife’s iPhone. Called Celltronix, employee said come on in and I’ll take care of it. Went in and 20 minutes later out with a newly installed battery and a happy wife! Will definitely use them again!

I’m an in retail so I can truly appreciate the customer service that I experienced here. Staff cares about their customers and back it up with great service. Great prices!! Give these guys a chance to take care of your issues.

I love this place. I get whatever I need from this store. I’m going on today to have my iPhone 6 battery replaced for my first repair. The phones they sell are flawless and the best price around. The people that work there are cool fun people. Wish me luck!!

Awesome place! They have everything you need. They replaced my iPhone screen in less than half an hour and charged me less than the other stores in bowling Green wanted.very friendly customer service! Overall awesome I would suggest everyone to go check it

I brought my iPhone 11 into Celltronix to repair the screen. It was fixed and I took it home and then I noticed a clicking sound on one of the corners. I took it back, because I wanted to make sure of the water resistance capabilities were still functioning. (I told the repair guy that I do a lot of canoeing) He fixed the clicking sound and gave me a water-proof pouch that I could use when I go canoeing. It was super nice of him.

CelltroniX was the only place in NW Ohio that was even willing to fix my Motorola phone. The price was excellent, knowing what the screen alone cost through Motorola. My phone now works correctly. My screen was broke from a series of accidents that left my phone unusable.

I needed my screen fixed on my phone and it was done the same day. I ended up buying also 2 otter boxes. They are very nice and very knowledgeable. I will keep going back.

I am a very clumsy person and managed to drop my phone, get water damage in it, and break the camera. They figured out what was wrong with it very quickly and fixed it super fast, all for a low fee with great customer service.
