I always have a great experience at wild Bills when I go! They are always helpful with what I need and let me know what deals are going on. Noah is the one that always waits on me so big props to him for passing the info along on everyt.

the people who work at this location are SO sweet i mean i've been to a lot of WB locations and the workers have always been nice wauseon staff is great too especially these two specific guys who work there but the staff at the napoleon location are just above and beyond really they are helpful and friendly and honest regarding the products pricing and outcomes they always have a decent stock and selection and frequently you will find that they have taken the time to try the products especially new and popular ones so they can provide customers honest feedback on them which is nice! i came in to stock up on halloween vapes before they are gone bc i love them and i'm a spooky chick and the one dude was soooo sweet about letting me know when i could get the best deal on them i literally saved $30 or more!!!! then they found out i have a toddler and they were like oh bring him in we have candy for him!! they even had a lil bucket with tootsie pops wrapped up like ghosts so he could catch a ghost lol it was seriously so sweet and i really feel like they deserved props especially the guy who helped me save so much money which was so so cool of him!

Just went to here with my dad and never have had a better experience anywhere else. These people gave us bracelets a lanyard to keep our vapes with us. Just amazing people a guy and girl. My dads a local and he loves them also. Thank you

The nicest group of employees in town. They are always welcoming and kind. They never get aggravated when it takes me forever to pick out a juice or answer any stupid question I have. I don’t know what they get paid but they all deserve a raise. Of all the places I could go to get the same thing I go here specifically for the amazing customer service.

I never leave reviews but I am very happy that there is a wild bills here in town, customer service is top notch and it saves me a trip from driving to Wauseon even defiance will definitely recommend to all friends and family!
