Workers there were so nice and accommodating. I believe the one lady's name was Sabrina, she was able to get us a discount and help me sign up for the rewards, the other lady (I didn't get her name) helped reassure the products are pH balanced. I like this location better than the one in Canton, OH.. thanks again for the help!

As a first time customer I’m very satisfied with my customer experience and all over experience! Crystal was a huge help and she made me not only feel welcome but she was extremely helpful and had recommendations for me!! I gave her a idea of what I was wanting and crystal found my exact matches!!! She knew the store very well and you could tell she loves her job!! Ambiance is a great store to find lingerie for all shapes and sizes unlike other stores!! I will continue shopping at this location!!!

Went into this store today. Staff was beyond friendly, knowledgeable of their product, and from my experience, the staff wasn't judgmental and were more than willing to listen to the slightly embarrassing questions and concerns I had!
Also I was told that the store recently got in new product and its true! Lots of new fun stuff, 10/10 I will definitely be back!!!

One of the few good Ambiance stores.

Cool store, not a lot of lingerie to choose from. Ladies working there made me feel uncomfortable because they were staring at me like I was gonna steal something. And they kept asking me if I needed help like they didn’t hear me say I was fine the first time. Judgmental environment ☹

Terrible customer service. The employees were unhelpful, rude, and seemed to be racist. I was uncomfortable in the store as no one greeted me and made me feel judged. The employees were not knowledgeable about their products or their promotions. I had just purchased the product and she wouldn’t allow any return or exchange while I was still in the store at the register, the issue was the employees fault, she refused to offer the refund that any other store would. Avoid at all costs, there are many better stores in the mall with better products and service. Notice that all the positive reviews are from 3+ years ago, it looks like they have new management and they have no business running an intimates store.
