Tried to pay my car payment and Denise told me I couldn't pay my payment until I got my insurance up to date. Yesterday she told me if I didn't get the insurance going that they would attach their insurance. I was fine with that but then today she told me I had to pay insurance or I couldn't pay my car payment. They put me in collections for being late. I can't get insurance until next payday but the car wasn't being driven. She refused my car payment. I will be getting an attorney. This company is predatory and refuse to do good business practices. Do not do business with this company.

I highly recommend NOBODY finance through California auto finance!!!!! They will seriously rob you and smile about it!! And stay away for 5 star auto 💯💯

Scam Likely. Filing a lawsuit asap. Id advise you to do the same. They only take cash or cashapp. Not sure if they’re even legit. Are they paying taxes? Because that was shady from the beginning. They need to be investigated.

On time payments every month never have been late, payments jumped up $100 for no reason with the pay off amount keep jumping up trying to have me pay off this loan for my life. Refinancing asap

Please don't get a vehicle from this agency they repo my car even though I'm current on payment we need to file case with the state and put out of business they're scammer just being a few days late on payment your vehicle is gone and cost thousands to get it back, it's time to fight back in court.
