Our new mattress is perfect! And the gentleman who helped us choose the right one was knowledgeable & friendly without being pushy. He even delivered our mattress after hours so we could finally get a good night's sleep.
We will definitely be shopping local with George's again.

I was looking for a couch, recliner, and a coffee table. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable about all of the inventory and everything in our price range.

The best part about it all, delivery is only $50!!! Unlike Ashley Furniture where you may spend up to $300 in just delivery fees.

This was probably the best shopping experience I've had, and we will for sure be returning!

We went to go look at what they had in terms of new beds just to see what they had available. We weren't expecting to purchase anything, but it was not off the table. We went in, the individual asked what we were looking for, and took us over to that section. He asked what we would be using the bed mostly for (Everynight, guest bedroom, back sleeper, side sleeper, etc.)
After talking, he recommended a bed, told us the benefits, etc. He never pushed us towards the most expensive beds, and he showed us the cheapest options, but mentioned it was more for guest bedroom, probably not what we were into. He then let us know where he would be if we needed him, and gave us as much time as we needed.

We did not feel pressured to purchase anything, and we tried all the beds. Sure enough, the bed he recommended was the one we enjoyed the most! They had a Spring sale going on so we ended up purchasing the bed since it was a good deal, and with the delivery option, they will even take our old mattress for free (which we really enjoy!)

The gentleman was very kind, courteous, and helpful. The way he did not pressure us into anything and just simply answered all our questions and gave us the perfect recommendations is one of the main reasons we will be returning in the future! (THANK YOU!)

I have always had excellent service from George’s Furniture. Despite being a bit of a drive, it is well worth it for quality furniture and service. It had been almost two years since our last visit and the owner still recognized us.

The sales staff, delivery service and furniture are all incredible. We have furnished several rooms in our home over the years with pieces from George's and it has held up well. Our most recent purchase for our family room were just delivered and they are fantastic. The service from sale to delivery was outstanding!

Tremendous culture of customer service. We knew the mattress we wanted and George's was the closest distributor. We never visited the store, but will do so. Chris helped us place the order. Mark arranged delivery when it arrived in Napoleon. Mick and Cole made the delivery to our Perrysburg home. All four were terrific. We called to thank them for the great service and the lady who took the call was very pleasant and gracious. I should have asked her name .

We were looking to replace our mattress recently; George’s had just what we were looking for. We were able able to get a high quality mattress delivered at an affordable price. Selection was great, but what I value just as much, if not more, is how wonderful the customer service is. Very knowledgeable, and it took me several visits to make my decision, there was no pressure, or upselling once I decided. Delivery and removal fee was an added, amazing bonus at $15. I look forward to shopping at George's Furniture in the future.

My wife and I love shopping at George's Furniture, not just because of the great selection, affordable prices, and customizable furniture, but also because of the people. We're always greeted with a warm welcome and everyone is eager to help find the right piece of furniture even if they don't have a sample on display. Then, when they make delivery, the deliverymen are helpful and pleasant, which can be hard to find in today's world. We would highly recommend shopping at George's.

Shopping locally at George's Furniture for a mattress set was a pleasant experience. The sales staff was very helpful and there was a good selection. They stood behind the manufacturer's guarantee and they were very accommodating when we asked for a replacement.
