Stowe Village Inn

We loved it here! Our room was clean and beautiful and so were the grounds. Housekeeping was great and they paid attention to detail. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and welcoming, engaged in conversation, and even helped us find a pie restaurant and market! The inn location was fantastic making walking to shops and restaurants a breeze! We would definitely recommend this Inn to our friends and we will come again.

I LOVED our stay at the Stowe Village Inn. I hope to get back to the area and stay again. The rooms were beautifully acquainted and spotless. The Inn is homey, welcoming, and comfortable. It is simply beautiful. The owners, Lauren and Mike are so nice and personable and will take the time to chat and make you feel very welcomed. They're a young couple who recently purchased the Inn are busy restoring it and doing a fantastic job. A shout out to Mandy who is the bar/restaurant manager. She's nice and works hard but seems to always have the time to chat and answer any questions. Be sure to say hello to Steve, the grounds keeper. He's interesting and funny and will take the time to tell you about the place and the bears who likes to dumpster dive nearby. This stay was a highlight of our vacation. A++

Overall great experience. The staff is very nice, check in and check out were super easy and straight forward.
Room was big, clean and modern (I had a king room in the motel).
Location is great too. I would definitely come back!

It would be amazing if breakfast was available on site, but there are great options close by.

The only thing I would point out is the keyless lock on the door now and then makes a noise that could be mistaken for someone trying to open the door. It is kind of scary in the motel as the door faces outside. I think a little sign that explains that would fix the issue, as it's mostly not knowing why that noise was happening that was unsettling.

We are so happy we gave the Stowe Village Inn and it's new owners a try and stayed at this Inn again. Every staff member we met was extremely friendly and helpful and just fun to talk to. The lounge areas downstairs were cozy and relaxing to meet up with our friends. Our room was bright and clean and we got to enjoy our deck for our morning coffee!! The location is really the best and we walked to so many shops and restaurants while we were there. We highly recommend the Stowe Village Inn and can't wait to return!!

My husband and I enjoyed our mini-moon stay at Stowe Village Inn. What a perfectly charming place, incredibly genuine and kind staff, and perfect location! We felt so welcomed even when we had to do a late check-in due to insane traffic on our way up. Well maintained, and the onsite restaurant/bar Grant’s was great! We also got to bring our pup along and she enjoyed herself quite a bit-super cute welcome box for her! Will absolutely be back.

My husband and I stayed at Stowe Village Inn for a quick weekend ski trip. We arrived late on Friday night, and the Inn was super helpful with late night check-in. The rooms are so cute and cozy. Housekeeping was fantastic. The coffee and tea bar in the gathering area was also a lovely added touch. The Inn is just a short distance to the slopes. We would absolutely recommend and will be back again!

We recently stayed at The Stowe Village Inn and could not have been happier! We had planned for a small winter wedding with a ceremony on the mountain and reception at the inn. Due to the weather we had to pivot very quickly. The staff at The Stowe Village Inn were warm, welcoming and glad to assist us last minute. They helped us create the most perfect ceremony spot right on location in less than a few hours. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, service in the restaurant to maintenance outside, all had smiles and were genuinely interested in making our stay and experience a pleasure. Housekeeping went above and beyond creating decor in our room to celebrate our union. We cannot thank you enough for all the love you have put into our special stay. We appreciate everyone!

We stayed at Stowe Village Inn for a ski weekend and it was PERFECT. It is right in downtown Stowe and walking distance to so many bars and restaurants and only a 10 minute drive to the mountain. Everything in the Inn was clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are updated but still have character and charm to them. Could not recommend this place enough, we will definitely be staying here again!

Where do I even start.... The amount of work that has been done to the hotel to bring it up to the incredible place it is today is astounding. It really shows the love and dedication the new owners have for the place. The rooms are gorgeous, comfortable and cozy. The restaurant serves some pretty fantastic drinks and food I was pleasantly surprised compared to most hotels! You cant beat the location; with a mountain bike park, a great skiing location and all kinds of cute downtown shops literally right around the corner, it has something for everyone. Lastly, but not least, the hotel staff and owners treat you like friendly neighbors. Overall its just so welcoming and inviting that its the only hotel that comes to mind when I want to take the family on a semi local vacation.

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Stowe! Beautifully appointed rooms that feel like home. The owners are wonderful and the staff are excellent and so friendly! Walking distance to the village attractions, and short drives to all attractions in the area. Do not miss it!

Stowe Village Inn was the perfect boutique hotel for our ski vacation to Stowe Mountain Resort. Rooms were exceptional, very friendly staff, a very large and cozy common room for hanging out and a restaurant. Located right in the town of beautiful Stowe. They were very accommodating in all ways. We’ll definitely be back.

Great stay here at the Stowe village in! Rooms are clean and comfortable! Also got upgraded for $20 by the great people at the front desk! My family and I had a wonderful Pre Christmas stay. Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff was amazing at making sure the floors were cleaned everyday as it was very muddy at the time of stay. We enjoyed playing games in the dining area and the kids loved the hot chocolate available. The whole Inn felt very warm and welcoming. We also enjoyed a drink in the bar area where there was live music. Everything was wonderful.

Staying at the Stowe Village Inn is a MUST if you are visiting Stowe. The rooms are incredibly clean and tastefully decorated. The Inn has a cozy lounge and plenty of places to hang out other than your room. You can easily walk to so many shops and restaurants, but if you don’t want to leave the building, Grants is awesome! The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful. I’m so looking forward to our next stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Inn. The rooms are very comfortable, and the front desk staff is always willing to help. It's a cozy place to stay in the winter and conveniently located and walkable to the town of Stowe and the mountain road to the ski resort. We would highly recommend and are glad we chose the Stowe Village Inn over a larger resort.

This could not have been a better surprise birthday ski weekend for my Mom if I had dreamed it! I cannot speak highly enough of everyone we encountered during our stay at the Inn. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, comfortable, and enjoying ourselves. They were all so generous in extending themselves, it really made you feel as though you were right at home. Only minutes from Mt.Stowe and just a quick walk off the lovely downtown, I could not imagine a more relaxing vacation spot. We will be back ASAP- the new owners/overall management here are fantastic! If you are looking for a place to stay in Stowe, look no further.

This place is perfect. The Inn offers a more up-scale experience but I was very impressed with the “motel” side. You can definitely tell the rooms have been renovated recently, clean, modern and no “old motel” smell. The deck looks out over the Stowe bridge and a river, perfect for enjoying their coffee bar which had local farm direct coffee. Also a great location, walking distance to great restaurants and only about 12 minutes to Stowe mountain. Friendly staff.
Just so you know it’s real my only negatives
Parking lot isn’t paved so can get a little muddy (we were here during a flood watch so it was to be expected) and the bathroom was maybe a touch small. But really, the best value inn I have stayed at. Will be staying here every time.

The most lovely, cozy, quaint Inn. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect on Mountain Road and walking distance to downtown main street. The coffee and tea in the lobby is perfect when you arrive back post skiing or just out and about. I can't wait to come back.

This is exactly the type of place that makes Stowe so great. The charming town and great skiing. It's located basically across the street from the covered bridge and very close to the ski shuttle stop. The family that owns and runs it also did an incredible job preserving it's charm while adding all of the modern conveniences during the remodel. We are already booked for New Years, MLK and Presidents weekends next winter:)

We were in Stowe to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The Stowe Village Inn was the perfect place to stay. It’s centrally located to many activities. The SVI rooms are nice, very clean and roomy. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. Highly recommend.
