We just completed the purchase of our home and were very fortunate to have an awesome realtor guide us through the process. Jenna Koontz is an amazing realtor. Buying a house in Ohio from Colorado presented a few challenges, but Jenna made the process easy. She went above and beyond to ensure we had open communication and she made herself available to view homes and walk us through the home over FaceTime. When we came into town to see the home, she catered to our availability. Jolena and I can not speak highly enough of our experience because of the care that Jenna provided us.

Listed a home with Dee Kello from Poland Howard Hanna. Previously had house up for 3 years, not one offer, so we switched and went with Dee. She was amazing and was on top of it immediately. Had open house right away and got alot of interest. She always kept us informed. I would highly recommend this realtor and especially Dee for selling so fast. She knows what works. Thank you Dee.

I was connected with a realtor from this office as part of a corporate relocation. I’m guessing I must have been labeled as a “will have to buy client,” and assigned a realtor who didn’t seem to have any real interest in helping my family to find a good fit, but rather to just make a sale.

I viewed two houses with this realtor, both of them very poor fits, and both is questionable shape. Basement floor feel squishy? Oh, that’s normal. The septic tank location looks like a swamp? Don’t worry about that, that’s normal. Just a little sus.

I let the realtor know that neither house was going to work. A few weeks later, I get an email from the same realtor, letting me know that one of those already-rejected houses was now on sale. Just a good verification that she was never listening to what I was telling her.

Don’t hire Jennifer Lattanzio , worst realtor we ever dealt with.We recently purchased a house from a realtor in this office on South Meridian Rd, this is just 1 episode of our experience with her. It all started out good but as each day went by things went from better to worse.So the deal was pretty much all in order except the seller wouldn’t agree to a new garage door opener, so my agent and the listing agent agreed to cover the cost of the labour and I payed for the opener with my own money to close the deal. I will get back to the garage door opener in a bit .Now we were just waiting for our brand new fridge and washer and gas dryer. So they arrived the fridge was really dented bad, and so was the washer & dryer, the dryer was electric & was supposed to be gas.So the seller comes back with $2500 cash to buy new ones and I could keep the washer & dryer or sell them if I wanted to.Ok that sounded fair enough to us, than my agent comes back and said he will give us $1800 cash and they would pay to run the power to the dryer, we were so done with this deal we just agreed to it.So instead of $2500 we got $1800 and beat up washer & dryer. So here’s the kicker I asked my agent why it cost $700 to run the wiring for the dryer, and she said it never was $700 it was always $300, and I responded by asking what happened to the other $400 , her answer was to cover the cost of the labour that her and the listing agent paid for the garage door,So now I’m paying for the labour on the garage door opener out of my washer and dryer money.Now insult to injury I had to pay someone else to fix that because they left a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the garage door, haha she the agent said that is normal around here.Always a good feeling when you get ripped off by your own agent. Maybe she would like to buy our washer and dryer so we can purchase new ones like we were supposed to get to start with.On a good positive note the manager Rebekah Rouser was totally awesome, very professional and helpful when our furnace went out a week after we moved in, she went above and beyond her job to get us a new furnace. She was fantastic.The furnace was under a home warranty.The home warranty wasn’t going to pay us anything, but because of the manager at Hanna we at least only had to pay $2000 of the $4100 it cost to replace it.Thank you for that.I would not recommend Jennifer Lattanzio for any of your real estate needs, there are way more professional realtors out there that works for the buyers not the sellers. Total disappointment.Make it right. Update it’s been well over a month and no response from Howard Hanna solutions after I send them an email regarding this matter, don’t be fooled folks they could care less. This company is a joke.———— Update 3 months later are supposedly new dryer no longer works, you would think the least they could do is replace the dryer and show some kind of compassion to make things right. We won’t hold our breath.Now it’s 5 months later and our new microwave and dishwasher no longer work. We can’t even begin to tell you how disheartening our purchase has been, and all we got from our realtor was, I read your review and sorry you feel that way, I wish you nothing but the best, what a joke. We are still waiting for Ray Griggy to get us information about a house. Ray contacted me after I requested an agent through Zillow. Maybe he's too busy so we are now working with Kelly Warren Real Estate and Associates. Now we're getting great service.

I was ser up with this agency through my mortgage company. I guarantee I would not choose this agency of my own volition. Their representative was more concerned about the sellers, few contact hours, incapable of answering simplistic questions and RUDE to the inspector I paid for. Please beware when choosing someone to represent you when spending your time and money
