Came here to buy my son a board for Christmas and ended up with a brand new build. The young fella who built the board picked everything out as if HE would ride it. I feel confident that my son has the sweetest board alive!!!

His Welcome is a masterpiece!! He was super stoked when he made it on Wedgewood Ramps Instagram. :) It's awesome to see him progress and even more amazing that Zumiez employ's the most amazing staff!

The staff at Zumies is awesome!!!. The workers all have great personalities( which must be a prerequisite to get hired there..lol). My son shops here all the time, they have great selection ,and I have had great conversations with the staff while he's shopping. By far some of the best customer service I've ever experienced.

I come here all the time. the workers know me well. they love to see what kind of drip your wearing. a lot of good brands and boards. I got a lot of my friends to go here and they checked it out and they loved it.

I had a great experience here today. The associate Jamel was super helpful and made great suggestions and help me buy 2 pair of shoes. This was the first time I have ever been in this store, but I'll be back. Shopping online sucks. Never sure what you are getting, annoying to return, constantly going back and forth between your "cart" and shopping, and zero help. This was what shopping should be! Easy, not stressful, and someone to answer questions. He deserves to be noticed for his efforts today. Thank you!

I ordered a skateboard as a birthday present and selected the free 5-8 day shipping. The board shipped an delivered by the next day! They even texted me to let me know. Great customer service.

They were very helpful on selecting bearings and non slip pads. Definitely recommended for any skateboard enthusiast

Though pricey I went there with intentions to buy a skateboard and got what I wanted and more I spent about 400 dollars lol but the staff is always friendly and very chill dimt be afraid to ask for help and if you go there for a skateboard I recommend getting a complete board dont get one made just buy the components and build it yourself thats what is truly pricey
