Great location..rooms are nice but outdated a bit by way of outlets and device charging ability..
Grounds are clean and well kept..pool area is nice and clean as well..
Rob at the front desk is a complete gentleman and welcoming when I checked in and very nice and appreciative of my business..he was a joy to deal with!!
Breakfast was nice with plenty to choose from and also plenty of food options in the area to eat...
Good rates and location is a good reason to check this spot out when deciding on a room in Tucson.

All the staff was kind, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and had so many hot and cold options. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Location good if you have a car. Spacious Suites every room here. Good breakfast, nice sized swimming pool. We walked our dog around outer parking areas.

Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Front dest staff was so friendly and helpful. Good free breakfast, and the pizza was awesome. I will stay here again.

We have stayed here twice now, in two different rooms, and we love it! I would definitely recommend spending a little bit more to get the pool view, it should be upstairs where the front door overlooks the pool, and for us, the back door went to a shared balcony. We loved that room! This time, we stayed just one night before flying back to Texas, so we chose the cheapest room. Still a wonderful room with mostly the same amenities, but the other one also had a scale and a close up, lighted mirror. The walls are a beautiful stone and the floor is carpet, so you really can’t hear any of the other travelers/occupants. The rooms are large and perfect for a family! Them come with a fridge, microwave, and safe! The slide doors have a lock and an extra added layer of security with a slide bar. Thermostat worked wonderfully in both rooms. Showers didn’t have the hardest pressure, but it was good enough and stayed hot for the duration of my shower, and his right after. 10/10 would recommend, and we have decided to stay here every time we come visit family! Oh! And there’s a clementine tree right outside our room! (Look close in picture!!)

The breakfast is always spot on here, and I enjoy that it’s in the middle of town very close to most malls and other food.

The only bad thing was, at breakfast, they ran out of food, and we had to wait around 5-10 minutes before they brought fresh food. Pool water is not that clean, but it was cool, perfect for this Arizona heat.

We stayed here while in Tucson for a family event. We had to do some searching before we could find a room that was accessible enough for our family. This hotel had rooms that were large enough for what we needed, but lacked some important accessibility. I gave it 5 stars because the property was lovely and the room was large (except for the tiny bathroom). Most of all, the staff was fantastic. They were helpful, pleasant, and they allowed us to check out early without a penalty due to the accessibility issue. We would certainly stay here again for an overnight trip.

Century Located near everything from restaurants to fun filled activities for the family. Friendly staff eager to help in all aspects. Nice clean, sanitized comfortable rooms with everything you may need. Definitely highly recommended and will return for future family trips.

Had a small revival at this location. Those who set up the stay and those in charge of the meeting rooms and hospitality were great. The day front desk personnel could use a refresher in customer service. I went up twice. One to ask for a Sharpie pen and the other to let them know we were done for the day. The clerk just looked up from his cellphone long enough to say no about the marker. The other experience was waiting for the desk clerk to help another person while another employee sat behind the counter doing nothing. Either he was in the wrong place or needs some classes in customer service as well. The desk clerk on check in was great (Dec 9 after 7 pm). He even used my name the next day when I was at the desk. He should give the classes. The breakfast was delicious and the people working or was great too.

This hotel is top-notch. It has very well kept grounds. An amazing hot breakfast and the staff are super nice. Only bad thing is they charge you a $50 deposit each time you have a new reservation. So, I suggest you figure out how many days and book accordingly. Otherwise, like me, I stayed a few extra days in 3 new bookings and was charged $50 each day. Also you must remind them to release your deposit or they'll keep it. Personal experience. Other than that it's a wonderful place to stay. Oh and the pool is super nice.

Great place for our road trip stop for the night! Pool was heated and hot tub was large and cozy. Good location, first watch and coffee shops across the street. Staff was SO friendly and helpful!!!!! Lobby is lovely and the rooms were spacious. Room in the back was quiet. Parking is a bit shady, but the hotel is gated inside. The cactus garden was a nice touch, property was relaxing and quiet.

The hotel was immaculate & the front desk staff by the name of John. Pierre has excellent customer service skills.
This is a perfect location if you work in the area.
Way better than the other Double Tree near Reid Park.

I’ve been going around the states for the past few weeks and this one I admired the most. Everything about was just right and the hotel itself is gorgeous and the pool area is jaw dropping.
Staff was the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever seen so far, the way the inside of the rooms were laid out out was really nice, they have a living room separated from the bedroom, which I think is pretty smart. The breakfast here is just overkill for a hotel breakfast.
One thing is, I noticed a bit of dust on some surfaces but I really don’t care due to how nice this place was, it could be because a lot of time has passed between it was cleaned when the next guests came. The bathroom itself is a minuscule area (the sink is in the bedroom, not in the bathroom itself) but overall everything was great.

We had a lovely two night stay at the DoubleTree Suites, and at a very reasonable price for a nice suite overlooking the pool area. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. I would definitely recommend, and would stay again.

We stay in Tucson several times a year for a day or two when heading or returning to San Carlos. This was our first time to stay at the Doubletree and we were very satisfied. The room was very spacious and clean. We had a good night sleep in the comfortable king bed. We prefer to be on the top floor, but due to an issue with the app when checking in, we were on the middle floor. Since this is an older hotel, it was very solid and we didn't hear any noise from above us during our stay. The only issues were that the ice machine on the second floor was broken. We are staying here again in a week, so we will see if it is being repaired or not. The attachment of the rod on one of the curtains was broken, so it couldn't be closed all the way to keep the morning light out. This was mentioned to the front desk, so hopefully it was repaired.

Nice place. Director of Ops Lejla is the heart and soul of the place. Awesome job! Jean Pierre at the front desk and Lorin in the bar are amazing. Property itself is a little outdated but the team makes up for every bit of that with their 5 star customer service! Perfect 2 nights for gem show. Breakfast is included and surprisingly good. Thx Chef!!

Room was really clean and everyone working was super nice. I'd stay here again the next time I come to Tucson. It's pretty central to everything.

The staff here is some of the friendliest and most welcoming I have experienced in recent memory. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are clean and comfortable. The pool and spa are nice and the hot breakfast is good as well.
