Dr. ZOE AND NURSE BETH, ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL

Friendly, accomidating

My wife and I just stopped in to the E.R. she has been having SVT recently due to her being pregnant. We rang the back door bell, 3-4 minutes later a nurse appears. She fumbles with the keys to the back door for a minute or two before finally figuring it out. She asks what we were there for, I told the nurse what she had been going through. Then she follows by telling me to wait in the parking lot, even though the nurse read both of our temperatures? You mean to tell me that my wife is having heart problems and you expect me to wait in the parking lot for a nurse to come out and "give me updates", which never happened, even though my temperature was read and normal? All I can say is that this facility is in need of some serious help, if you can avoid going to this "Hospital" it is recommended by me that you do so. Unless you want below par assistance and care from the medical "professionals" that work here. All in all I probably should have spent the 20 minutes it would have taken me to get to another hospital. Know I know better, thanks all that took the time to read my post.

Zoe and some of the nurses are amazing the time it gets to the ER doors from the nurses station is bogus.
