Ben Breece Harley-Davidson

One of the nicest Harley dealerships that I’ve been to in the state. They have a nice museum with a lot of old nostalgic Harleys. They have a large selection of merchandise as well. Stopped to get my coin after visiting my uncle. Very nice and clean store and very friendly employees. Definitely recommend.

Stopped by to check out the shop. Very nice team running the dealership. Great facilities, nice selection of motor clothes, accessories and new and used bikes. They also have a great collection of antique bikes! Stop by if you are in the area, very nice HD dealership 👍👍

This Family does really do a great job.

I was afraid since I bought my bike at a different dealer only due to the fact it was an Anniversary model they could not get any more of. That they possible would be a bit less accomendating for service.. Boy was I wrong they have been great.. from doing my service to a few added accessories..

Great place to pick up some wheels or excessories. And most people don't know it has a mini museum inside. This place is so cool just to stop by for a break and have a look around. They don't mind. Usually, the Mrs will spend some green on that thing. You know whatever was on sale.

Went in to get a few parts and talked to Brad who was super awesome and really listened to my issues and gave me lots of help. Many dealers unfortunately won’t take the time. I was so impressed, they are my go to dealer for anything now, hands down.

Drove 2 1/2 hours to go there for a bike i wanted. They held it for me no questions asked. They were super Friendly and honest. Made the purchase very easy and just a great overall experience.!! I'd drive back again for any future hd bike purchase.

Love Harley shops and this place is one and a museum to. A must visit.

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and these guys are by far the easiest to deal with .
They don't pressure you, they listen to your concerns,
They are laid back , easy going , very helpful and treat you like family.

Riding Ohio roads this past Friday, from out of state, check engine light pops on! Greeted by Brad in service. Immediately checked out my 2018 Street Glide and diagnosed problem. He took my bike in right away, changed out part and had us back on the road in less than an hour. Outstanding professional service, beautiful store! Very friendly. Great dealership!!!

I can ALWAYS count on Ben Breece HD to treat my bikes like one of their own. Always a fair deal whether it's a purchase, a trade, parts, or service. . No real need to go anywhere else!

I was having alot of issues getting my bike serviced and running properly with my local Harley Davidson dealerships. So I decided to Google highest rated one in my vicinity... And Ben Breece popped up right away! After reading reviews from present to back a few years ago, I knew this was the place for me to take my bike. Made appointment for some serious issues with the bike not holding good charge for a while, even after replacement of battery! Brad and his crew took their time and figured out what the issue was. And they also took care of some recall work I needed done as well. Looking forward to some more minor upgrades and having them take care of this for me as well!

By far the best Harley Davidson dealer I have ever worked with. From the first time walking threw the door to look at bikes. To the ordering process and right down to taking delivery Ben breece Harley made every little detail count. they made me feel extremely welcome and part of the family. Not only the Harley Davidson family but also their personal family. They where more then willing to take the extra steps to make sure that when I picked my bike up it was exactly what I wanted. Great communication and great work when adding accessories to the bike. All around just great people and a great place. I will be going back to this dealer in the future for all my needs.

I went here to purchase the last outfit my Dad would wear at his funeral after not being able to find what I went to a couple other stores for much closer to my hometown. I would first like to say the staff was awesome 😎 and helpful in all aspects getting and having everything I was looking for on hand this store has most things others didn't. The lady did something she never had too and for that I am Grateful to this day Blessed to have stepped in here and if I ever buy a bike it will be from this dealer because I saw their heart and Love for what they do and they cared for a customer they didn't know at all. In one of my worst times. If you need a bike or apparel this should be your stop even if it's a drive for you.

Most beautiful Harley dealership I've ever seen in this small of a town, (Ottawa, Ohio.) The people were so nice. The 20 or so- fully restored bikes in their own private "Harley museum" makes this worth the short drive just to gawk at what they have on the showroom floor. From 1920's and later, wall to wall - mostly all original. They also have an accessory line as big as the one's I saw in towns like Houston and Dallas. See, I'm from Tx. y'all. 🤠

Ben BREECE Harley is amazing. Go check it out for yourself. All kinds of cool stuff you can purchase for Xmas too. Mugs, gear, shirts, jackets, Key rings. Even Xmas tree Harley bells to hang on the tree - that even ding a ling. Real bells. ☺ COOL place.
