Paid by percentage, cares about the driver and when u call them they don't ask what's ur trk number to look u up in the system and they everything they can to make shore ur happy and work with u on getting u home daily, weekly, monthly or so on. 12 years ago I would’ve given them a 4 would’ve been five but they’d have to have gotten me home everyday to get that. Micro managed in every single turn and was told stop running my truck so much. Was July when temps went to 80 most areas 110 in Laredo, TX trucks do not have an APU only bunk heaters. Ran dedicated for them out of Illinois which that account was reason I stayed as long as I did. But, you can only have your job threatened so many times before you go to your next venture. Which I did!! Made good money doing what I was doing and got home practically every weekend just didn’t like their ridiculous rules over idling. Get told by one of the main guys keep doing what your doing and use your better judgement don’t run it if not necessary and then got told I was a liar after I repeated what this guy told me to do.
