Had a great experience. Went to bobs prior and no one spoke to us or helped and were following us around looking at us like our 3 y/o would damage something. Went to Warwick Raymour and the manager greeted us, gave our son a fidget toy and talked over options. The sales rep was also excellent! so happy with our new couch!

Ivan was extremely good to us! My four year old loved him, he was super personable & helpful. Thank you!

My wife and I walked into the Warwick store and were greeted by Ivan Pranic. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Once we told him we what we were looking for, he took us right to where we needed to be. We were pressed for time that day but I called Ivan a couple of days later and completed the purchase over the phone. Five stars for sure!!

Laura was excellent. She was straightforward and easy to work with. Based on what we told her, she found the right mattress for us in short order. From there, she was super helpful in getting us squared away with everything we needed, including delivery. We would definitely return.

Excellent customer service. Arianna was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Made the process of purchasing a new bed very easy. I would highly recommend her if you are shopping for a new mattress.

Walked in on Sunday, Xavier met us with a pleasant attitude. Took us right to what we wanted, very knowledgeable and was not pushy. We went in for a mattress and walked out with that plus a living room set. He made it easy and didn't feel pressured. Next, a dining room set!!!

Xavier provided outstanding service! Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He even moved chairs around the store for us! Great American Made quality furniture for a fair price. We will be back for nothing else we need!

We had Laura Einhellig as our home consultant for a recent purchase of living room and bedroom furniture. She did an outstanding job of making sure that she understood our needs. We are very happy with our purchase and will definitely be back asking for Laura.

Online tracking delivery truck progress on a map is a win-win! Communication from driver, when delivery near, was also appreciated. Personnel were professional, took great care in unwrapping my purchases and took all the wrapping when they left. Overall highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan.

I went shopping for a sofa set, I was very specific on what I was looking for. Laura was very patient and knowledgeable on the furniture. She has a great personality and was fun to shop in the store with. Laura went above and beyond for us. Great experience!

My experience so far has been amazing. Laura at the Warwick store helped me. She was amazing; she wasn’t pushy and that is exactly what I wanted. My new sofa will be delivered on Monday, and I hope the rest of my experience with this company goes ease and pleasantness.

Ivan was incredible. From the minute we walked through the doors at the Warwick Outlet, we were greeted and allowed to meander, try things, and were fortunate to have a no pressure experience. This is what furniture shopping should be like, not someone who allows you to walk in the door and then follows you around through a maze of furniture. Truly a wonderful experience.

On December 17, 2023 had a great and positive experience at Raymor and Flanagan Outlet. This is my second time going there and I was pleasantly pleased again. Good vibes. No pushy sales people. I was looking for reclining furniture. I was greeted by Laura. She was very pleasant and personable. Not fake either. Helped me with my choices and calculated different price options available on reclining sets. She also offered me different financing plans that the company has which is helpful to know. Laura even helped me with finding the style of fireplace I was looking for to match my new reclining set. Laura was very patient, caring and down to earth with me and my son. Laura even asked her boss Ivan for a discount on my purchase. Ivan was more than willing to help his employee get their customer some savings. He's got great leadership skills and sense of humor too. When I went to cash out my card got declined. I did not know the banks put a daily spending limit and they have no customer service available on Sunday. I was upset and Annoyed! The nice young lady who deals with the cashiering told me that I can put a small down payment and
then Laura let me know that I can pay for the rest of the purchase online on Monday. I did not want to do this if I have the money in my account. Aury, she's another sales rep who's the sweetest, over heard and assisted me by letting me know that this has happened before with one of her customers and to try splitting the amount of the purchase and it worked. That's great teamwork.The employees at this store are what customer service is suppose to be like everywhere and everyday. Thank you to a great crew.

Cannot say enough good things about our experience, especially with Laura Einhellig! She was so helpful, didn’t try to talk us into things that we didn’t want/upsell, and was so patient with us. Thank you Laura!!

Arianna was really helpful! She helped to find the right couch, took her time to show me all the options and guide me to find the right one, go see her and she will take care of you and your family 100%, thank Arianna you were great!

The entire process was a piece of cake. I found the sofa I wanted on R&F’s website. I called the R&F outlet the next day, made my purchase and arranged for delivery within 15 minutes. Everything about my purchase was explained to me with courtesy and attention to detail. A+!
