Jordan's Furniture Warwick, RI

Went into Jordan's just looking for a head board... ended up walking out with a top of the line mattress and power whatever it's called. Bryan was a great sleep technician who was very knowledgeable. I realized that this bed will be great for charging my phone, and reducing my acid reflux as well as ability to sleep better and be able to sit up without 16 pillows to watch the television.
As soon as he hit zero gravity I was realizing I need to treat my body better and treat myself.

Did not have any desire to buy a expensive bed but ended up falling in love with it. Bryan was knowledgeable but not pushy and down to earth with jokes and whatnot. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Which I guess is the perfect attitude when your laying down on a bed trying to be comfortable and relaxed.

Basically your sleep technician made a sale on a guy who tends to be cheap on himself that had no desire origionally too even buy a bed. I honestly just wanted to try out the Bridget machine.
So kudos my man.
He also took a few steps back so I could discuss with my wife.
Which was very respectful as she is very careful with my spending of my money 🤣

Can't wait to try it out. You guys are great will be returning for more purchases. I love the non pushy atmosphere that I never get in other places.

Went mattress shopping. Jordan's always has a great selection and their pricing is always fair and competitive. Bryan was extremely helpful. No high pressure sales pitch. Just very helpful and informative. We've bought from Jordan's before and will certainly buy again.

We went to shop for a new mattress and bed and Josh P was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction to fit our needs. He answered any questions we had and was mindful of our budget, not pushing us to spend more money for no reason. Josh also let us take our time and walk around on our own without rushing us. He made the entire experience quick, painless, and enjoyable!

I went to Jordan’s in Warwick to look for and potentially purchase new slip covers for a Four Seasons sofa and swivel chair we purchased a few years ago. Our sales associate was absolutely terrific. He helped us select coordinating colors/designs. He even helped us nail down wall paint colors for our remodel. I am thrilled at all of my selections from furniture to wall colors. I really like that you can walk into Jordan’s and be given space to explore and look around, uninterrupted, but also, sit down and work with someone who has such an eye for detail and design. This was my 8th or 9th purchase from Jordan’s and I will continue to come back.

In-store service at Jordan’s has always been top notch, and this time was no exception. I work in sales so instead of writing a novel, I’ll simply say that Keri was a consummate professional. Knowledgable, friendly and had great guidance for what little we hadn’t decided on before hand. Can’t wait for our new pieces to come in!

Susanne, in the sleep lab, was very knowledgeable of the products. She took the time to explain the different kinds of mattresses and did not pressure us to any particular brand.
Hopefully the delivery and install goes smooth.

The whole experience was excellent. Meredith listened to what I wanted and only showed me furniture that would fit my criteria. She was incredibly helpful throughout and explained everything to me. When I need furniture, I just go to Jordan’s. I always find what I want and the salespeople are excellent and knowledgeable.

I shopped at all of the major furniture stores in my area for a couple of weeks. My experience at Jordons was the most informative as well as being upfront and honest. My sleep technician was Jim McDonald, I would highly recommend Jim to anyone. Jim was honest, very informative and did not push me to any specific brand or price point. The purchase process was smooth and the delivery team that brought my mattress and box spring were excellent,

My experience as new customer was absolutely wonderful. I walked in not sure if I wanted to buy at Jordan’s, I didn’t have a big budget. I was looking for a couch but I realized they had an outlet section with more affordable prices and I was just checking things out when I was greeted by Peter!

Peter is knowledgeable, respectful and has so much charisma. He respected my budget and didn’t push or try to sale anything more than I could afford. He explained my options, made sure I had it all in paper and even went in on his day off to finish my transaction.

Our couch arrives on Saturday! I appreciate how smooth and quickly everything was. I definitely recommend working with Peter at the Warwick location to everyone and if I ever need anything else I will for sure visit them again!

Went to Jordan's in Warwick with my legally deaf Mom. She needed a new desk and couch w recliner. Peter Kaseta the sales rep was excellent with us. He displayed great patience along with knowledge of the products and services offered by Jordan's. He made our visit enjoyable and trouble free. We purchased both items and my Mom is very happy. Once a sales associate was available to show us how to use Bridget, we had a wonderful experience shopping for a bed with Nick. He explained how Bridget worked and what types of beds were best suited for us. We tried 4 different beds and was able to narrow it down pretty quickly to two. He was a delight to work with and very knowledgeable about mattresses.

We had a wonderful experience at Jordan's. The selection was excellent and our sales consultant Keri was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We brought photos of our room and she was able to help with color matching and picking fabrics. We are so excited to get out new furniture! Going to be beautiful!

I had a great experience at Jordans, the young gentleman who helped me to find a recliner that was suited for my size was such a help. I am an older person and finding something safe and comfortable at the same time is not always easy, but with Jason‘s help I found the perfect chair.

We had a fantastic experience working with Bryan A. at the sleep lab recently. He helped us pick the best mattress for our needs and it really felt like working with a friend, not a salesman. Everything about our experience was easy, relaxed and transparent with Bryan. We hope this new mattresses is as nice as Bryan was!

From start to finish, Jordan’s Furniture in Warwick, RI, customer service was top notch! Everyone in the sleep lab was friendly and knowledgeable. Suzanne G our sales person went above and beyond. From explaining what makes each mattress different to what to expect when it’s delivered to our home. The financing options are easy and affordable. We bought 3 mattresses that day. 2 were delivered in 4 days. The other is special order so we had to wait for that one. The delivery team was really nice and paid special attention not to bump walls. The beds were set up in 20 minutes and they were gone. I’m really, really happy we decided to buy from Jordan’s.

We just seem to always end up back at Jordan’s when we need something for the home. The sales associate Conrad was helpful, professional and respectful in every way. Jordan’s price point for the quality they offer is second to none. There are many options out there, but Jordan’s is the best.

We came in here to browse possible mattresses for our new apartment. We were greeted by Jim, who helped us find the right mattress for me and my fiancé. He was very patient while showing us all of our options and while we decided which one we wanted. We decided on a great mattress, thanks to Jim, we have had for about a month now and sleep better than we have before! The delivery guys were so great when installing the new bed in our home, they were polite and courteous.
