I had a new ring made for my wife at Diamond and Gold. After many years of talking about upgrading and looking at options (I had very little when I proposed long ago), we stopped in and talked to Jascha and Terry. Working with them and the rest of the crew at D&G was amazing. They built her a new ring and were also able to incorporate a second ring that contained diamonds from her original engagement ring. We could not be happier with this ring, not to mention the opportunity to work with such nice people who truly care about their craft.

I had my solitaire engagement ring reset for my 25th wedding anniversary. We dropped it off on a Saturday and we picked it up on Wednesday. I had them add our sons' birth stones on each side of the diamond. It turned out gorgeous!! I am more then happy with the outcome. Great service, great price,, and such nice people. Highly recommend!

I called about some custom work and was told to come over and see what they could do, it was a couple of weeks before Christmas and I was hoping to have a necklace with a silver nugget on it for my wife for Christmas. They made it for me that morning while I waited, I had great talks with sales people and great input from the jewler that designed what I was looking for. My wife loves it and has been able to share the story that goes with the nugget many times. Thank you so much. And God bless

My mom and I brought in various pieces that had been inherited and other jewelry we just needed resized. My mom was able to get her wedding ring resized and customized to fit over her fingers, as she hasn’t been able to wear it in 20 years, and I was able to get my great grandmothers ring reset with my birthstone. We both had necklaces, pendants, and rings customized and resized, and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and the work was incredible. Very thankful for all they did for us!

I called 2/3 other places to get my ring resized being told it would take them 3 weeks to get my ring done. When I walked in the older gentleman was so kind! Told me to go eat lunch and he will call me, within 50 minutes later he called told me it was ready!! Cleaned my ring and resized it. So thankful and very happy with their work!

I highly recommend Diamond and Gold Jewelers! I took my dad’s very worn wedding band from 1952 in to see what they could do to make it wearable again. They took the time to explain how they would recommend restoring it and they did a beautiful job. It is now a family heirloom I can enjoy and pass down to my son someday. The details in the ring were restored beautifully. I wish so had taken a before picture but I will share an after picture. I had my 93 year old mother with me. They fixed her ring too. We didn’t realize the back of the ring had a crack in it! When she got her ring back it looked brand new. They were able to restore the beautiful finish that had worn down over the years. She had her original wedding band fixed with small balls so she could wear it without fear of it falling off. They also repaired and replaced a watch she treasures. Excellent service, beautiful store. You won’t be sorry you picked them!

First I want to start off by saying how helpful and friendly the staff is.

I have had my ring for 27 years and to say it’s lived a hard life would be an understatement. The round diamonds were loose, the baguettes were loose, the big marquis diamond was off centered and the prongs were crooked. The channels holding all the round diamonds and baguettes were pretty much nonexistent.

Their work exceeded my expectations!! They tightened all the diamonds, built up and repaired all the channels, reset my big marquis diamond, fixed the prongs and re-dipped the ring.

I’m not exaggerating when I say the ring looks like higher quality now than it did when I bought it.

I've had my ring back for about a month now and I am still in shock and aw over the AMAZING work he did on my wedding ring!! For Christmas my husband upgraded my main diamond. I was very surprised, excited and nervous...I love my wedding ring and the new diamond was significantly larger then what I had...I was very nervous because I was afraid that the new diamond just would look right with my ring. When my husband took him my ring he examined it, showed my husband how loose one of my baguette were and a few other issues...he ended up having to completely rebuild the bridge where the main diamond sets because it was so worn that it fell apart when he removed the diamond. When we picked up the ring he showed us pictures of the process and seeing how worn down my ring was and how much work he had to do I was terrified to see my ring because I was afraid it wasn't going to look like "my" ring anymore...she handed the ring to my husband and then my husband put it on my finger...I was SPEECHLESS! He did a better job then I ever imagined possible!! I simply don't have the words to express how amazing of a job he did and how grateful I am! This was the first time my husband and I had been to Diamond & Gold Jewelers and I will NEVER go anywhere else!! You will not find this type of craftsmanship anywhere else!! The first picture is my original ring and the last two pictures is my ring after he worked on it. These pictures just don't do it justice! I can not thank him enough for the impeccable work he did!!!

We moved to South Carolina several years ago and we still continue to come back to Diamond & Gold because of the great customer service we receive every time we stop in for jewelry checks etc. Taking care of their customers is very important to them ! Took my wife's wedding set in to have it resized and to add an anniversary band. This set was worn out and the jewelers did an amazing job repairing it and adding the new band. Excellent work and excellent pricing. They have earned a customer for life.

I recently had work done on several pieces of my jewelry and worked with Jascha and Eva. The work was completed in the time promised and looks absolutely beautiful!!!

My engagement ring broke and I took it here. They told me two weeks but got it back well beforehand. When I got it back it was in remarkable shape! Better than new! And it was even fixed so it wouldn't slide around on my finger. They gave me a set price. But I could tell they did more work on it than what they initially were going to. I didn't get charged a penny more.

I went to get my engagement/wedding ring set repaired, but the rings were so damaged it just made sense to get a new ring. The service was outstanding. I chose an antique ring that they repaired, polished, resized, and added new prongs to the ring right on the spot while I waited. I walked out of the store with the new ring that very day. Love my new ring! Grateful for a local jeweler who understands the business and can personalize the shopping experience.
