Had to pick up a package for my 92 year old adopted Grandma. She wanted orange lights to decorate her porch along with her other seasonal decor. She had called the order in and paid over the phone.
The lady at customer service had remembered speaking with her. The service representative was very kind and helpful .
It was a good experience.

Our goto for home projects supplies. Friendly staff and great music in the store. I would recommend a comfortable seating area for women or whomever needs to sit and wait for someone. This store is like a clothing store for women but it's men looking at tools etc.

Love coming in here. I always find something, whether it is home related or something new and different to use for crafting.
Oh and I think I need one of these tool boxes. Maybe 2, 1 for tools and 1 for crafting supplies. Time to write a letter to Santa! 🎅

Store was clean might want to take in your own cart very few in the store they had what I needed quick in and out

Some of my favorite people work here. Theres one lady that works on the contractor side. Shes amazing. Always puts a smile on your face. Fantastic customer service

It's Lowes I mean what else is there to say. If they don't have what you need they'll overnight it to the store so much neat building supplies. I spend alot of time just browsing lol

Usually have a good experience here with the employees. I think the managers are good and that reflects in the workers.

I love Lowe's, I always find a good deal on my gardening items.

My only problem is they never answer your phone calls. Once the store connects you with the Department that you need. You can never get nobody to answer. I know i spent 20 minutes on the phone waiting never did get a answer. All I got was hung up on. Thanks Lowe's

35 years in the construction business and we just got the best customer service from this Lowes Employee. His name is Mark. He and his wife both work there. He went above and beyond anything we've ever seen. Feels like we made a new friend!.

I always find what I need. Staff is hit or miss on if they can help correctly, but seem to be as helpful as possible.

Good selection in their garden area and reasonable on their price's and that's where i buy all my out door plant's from and a good place to shop so they got business always

Shawn and Madison were absolutely wonderful! Please give them a raise or a gift card or something! They have great personalities and were very helpful as I am not able to lift anything being I am pregnant. Thank you so very much!

Melissa H. in Kitchen cabinets is awesome!! The appliance people could be a little more helpful even it is to just get someone to assist you when you are waiting, instead of just saying they will get someone and then never coming back.
7/19/2023 Update:: Lowes continues to be a go-to place for all my home projects. There are some really great people working here. Jeff is all things great but knows Windows and Doors like a pro. Alicia is a pro check out worker and is always happy and smiling!!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, extremely well stocked, fast online to store orders - what more could you ask for? FYI the Lowes app does not reliably deliver curbside pickup alerts to the store, so, make sure to call and use the automated system for curbside pickup.

Very friendly personnel, clean store, I'm glad they honor the military discount which gives me a 10% discount. Helpful people.

Drew in appliances was very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.

Edit: Also just had ridiculously good customer service from Josh. Helped us pick out tile, flooring, vanity, custom vanity top- all for our new bathroom. This guy knows his stuff. Thanks!!

I sort of hate them for running all the old lumber stores out of business but in reality they do a pretty good job. They have almost anything you need for a project and are really easy to deal with in respect to returning unused items. I took back a skid of retaining wall blocks today and didn't even have to go to the service desk.

The employee named Ben in the lumber department is a very valuable asset to your company. He noticed me loading lumber in my truck and it was sticking out passed the legal limit so he brought a nail on flag out and let me know about the length limit. You need more employees like Ben!

Tracey in plumbing made me a want to shop with Lowe's all the time now. Absolutely wonderful service she provided my family with her knowledge, as well as some really great feedback! Couldn't have asked for more when it came to her!!
