Ryan and the team took great care of me in a last minute pinch! They were fast, professional and even took the time to stop and talk with my toddler which he loved. These guys were full service. 5/5 only because I couldn’t select 6/5. Thank you guys!

My preferred place to go in the Boardman area. Everyone here is honest and polite. I asked for an alignment and they showed me the specs and said I didn’t need one. It’s nice to have a company that looks out for their customers. Highly recommend!

Pep boys was amazing. All the employees there were SO kind and helpful and understanding of my lack of knowledge in cars. The pricing was so surprisingly affordable where I’ve taken my jeep to multiple auto repair shops and it’s been so expensive. I couldn’t even believe how low the cost was for everything they did for not only my car but speaking with me and taking the time to explain everything. I would recommend them to anyone in the area whether it be for car troubles or anything else. Best service I’ve had with a car company by far.

Went to pep boys for 4 tires,a alignment and a oil change. Staff was very friendly and professional and they got it all done in a timely manner! Definitely going back to Pep Boys for anything else that needs done to my car.

I brought my car into the boardman location with a flat tire, thinking I was going to need a new tire. The guys at the shop are extremely knowledgeable, and were able to fix my tire instead. Everyone at the location was very friendly and helpful, and I appreciate all their hard work.

I thought I needed one tire patched & came in to find out that I needed both of my back tires completely replaced. No one plans for expenses like that & not only did this location offer a great price for the tire replacement and installation, but they went the extra mile for me and took care of the second tire since I was only able to pay for one today. The customer service here is unmatched. I had a defected on a tire that was just on the otherside of the warranty and with out blinking an eye my sales rep took care of it and got me a new tire for my old school Lincoln. Hats off pep boys

I've gotten two oil changes and a fuel line fixed here. In and out pretty quick, no regrets and no complications. Solid folks, highly recommend.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated,I also was having a brake issue. They made me aware of a brake pin seized and fixed it for me and had me in and out within a good time! Highly recommend!
