I stopped in there without an appointment, my tire light came on and was concerned, so I went there. Andy greeted me as I walked through the doors. I told him my issue and said he would have it looked at. I told him I was stressed for time and he reassured me, it wouldn’t take long. Literally in and out in 20 minutes. Turned out I just had a bad sensor on one of my tires. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience it was. So friendly and professional. I personally want to thank the crew at Firestone! Thank you!!!

I would definitely recommend Firestone for all their auto needs. I purchased four new tires for my truck, made the appointment online and when I got to the store the day of my appointment the gentleman at the counter told me that the tires I wanted were not available but they would give me a better tire for the same price. Also the tires came with a better warranty with more miles.
I have had other service’s preformed here with the same results.

I came in an hour before closing time when multiple people had called off. TJ Elmo and his manager Andrew Stein made sure my tire was fixed and completely sound before I left. They fixed it really quickly and explained the problem to me so that I could understand it. They most definitely didn't need to, and going the extra mile made it so I could go to work the next day without worrying about my tire. They were completely professional and fit me in even though they were winding down for the day. I'm super grateful to them and will be recommending this specific store to people I know! Thank you again!!!

They are all so friendly and honest. I called and got an appointment that day. This has always been my experience with this store. I will be getting tires for my daughter’s car there next.

I've been coming to the Boardman location for years. Andy and the guys here have always done a great job taking care of my vehicles.

The staff was friendly and spoke clear about what was needed for my vehicle. The location was clean. They even helped find online coupons for the service provided.

I finally found one close to my home that I can trust! I was getting nervous that I’d always have to drive out to Euclid from Cortland for my car issues.
I worked with Tommy today on a metal fragment stuck in my wheel. They supplied me with a nice tire plug job and some suggestions on ways to keep up on my Honda.
They were professional, and I didn’t get the feeling they were squeezing me. I’ll be back to this location for all of my car repair needs from here on out.

I called the morning that I needed an alignment. I let them know that I had to be at work by 4:00 p.m., conveniently right across the street from Firestone at Bob Evans.
As everything always goes when coming to vehicles the alignment could not be done without the repair of tie rods. I was not prepared to pay that cost right then at the shop. They arranged for me to call my boyfriend to pay over the phone with a credit card.
They were also kind enough when my car was done to bring it to Bob Evans parking lot and bring the keys to me so I knew I had a ride home.
Got in the vehicle to come home after my shift, and it felt like a whole new car. I thank all at Firestone for helping to take care of me and my trailblazer that day.

Quick service, friendly customer service and the waiting area was clean and comfortable

Anytime I need service on my vehicles that I can't handle myself it's Firestone or bust. Even if I find tires elsewhere at a better price somehow, I still go to Firestone for mount and balance. The only service I have ever been turned down for at a Firestone is an alignment on my 3500 dually. Not many locations have an alignment rack large enough to handle it.

Took my sons car in for warning light (brake) that came on. Car was checked out and found to be fine NO work needed. Servicemen were very pleasant and honest. There was no charge but I left with very positive thoughts and plans to return to this location if the car needs serviced again.
