Horrible barber/haircuts. There’s no way these unlicensed minors cutting hair here is even legal. After cutting my son he still tried to state that the machine couldn’t possibly cut him, even though he cut his hairline with the same exact machine. He then continued to make multiple snips in the back of his head. We had trouble communicating due to to his inability to speak English. Had to leave before haircut was done because the barber seems to have found humor in someone complaining about his unprofessional mistakes. Paid full price 30$, for my son to get cut multiple times, then have to go to another barber shop to finish his haircut. One of the worse haircuts and haircut experiences my sons received in the city of Pasadena.

Pésimo atención al cliente, con mucha descriminacion racial latino descriminando latino,la peluquera obesa aciendo comentarios con nuestro aspecto!.

Para mi primera ves. Pense que tenian buen sistema de atencion al cliente pero no. Cobran mucho por muy poco servisio.
