I ordered some ice cream through door dash and put in the notes that I was having a bad day. The employees drew some pictures and very very nice notes on the cups. Thank you so much it definitely helped my day :). Definitely my number one ice cream place in BG! Ice cream is amazing, employees more amazing!

The ice cream really is that amazing! Some of the previous reviews have mentioned that items are pricey, but I have to say that for the phenomenal quality and the huge portion sizes, the prices are very reasonable. I do wish, however, that they offered smaller portions (at a lower price of course) -- for example, it'd sometimes be nice to have 2 smaller scoops of different flavors than to have one large scoop of one flavor. The photos below show the size of a 2-scoop container using a credit card for scale.

Eric's has changed just a little bit over the last season but the ice cream is still the best in town. The eating area was clean the parlor was well staffed with friendly associates and the patio area is always clean and ready for guests.
It's a great place for locals and tourist.

Love this ice cream place!!! The ice cream flavors are interesting and good and they let you try samples if you are deciding between a few. The biggest problem is deciding what to get and the 2nd biggest problem is eating it all. My wife and I get 2 scoops a lot, and we have a hard time finishing it. We somehow manage. I would love a smaller size 2 scoop option. Staff is friendly and helpful and seem to always be pleasant when we go. It can be busy during the summer months. Glad they are open year round too! Highly recommend :)

Some of the best ice cream that I've ever had in my entire life. And that is no joke the ice cream here is excellent. They have a lot of seasonal flavors so make sure you talk to one of the super helpful girls behind the counter to find out if the flavor is going to be gone after they empty out all the ice cream. Everything is very fresh and is very well made you can totally taste the dedication they put into their ice cream. I honestly won't go anywhere else for ice cream.

Wow, just looking for some good ice cream and we found excellent ice cream. The flavors were bold and a great variety. I have enjoyed ice cream all across the US over the past 2 weeks vacation and I believe this was the best overall. I was also pleased that they don't skimp on the servings. If I didn't live a couple hundred miles away, I would gladly return.

Great place for an ice cream treat! Large portions and plenty of variety. They offer testers so you can try a few before making a decision.
There is more parking around back of the building and an additional entrance back there as well.

Best ice cream I’ve had in Bowling Green. Probably top 3 in Ohio. The person who helped us was also very nice and helpful.

Great choice of soft serve and regular ice creams as well as sundaes and such. If you could call it a complaint, my only "complaint" is you get too much! Ordered a small hot fudge sundae and it came in at least a 16 ounce cup, full over the top! With tons of fudge!! But it's that really a bad thing!?🤔🤣 My sister loves their cookie monster ice cream.

Best place to get ice cream in the area. They offer non dairy in both vanilla and chocolate which is so hard to find. Most places always make their non dairy some gross 'fun' flavor that forces you to either eat a flavor you don't like, or mix it with toppings you don't really want.

The staff is always very nice.

You won't find a better ice cream shop anywhere near by.

The quality of the Ice cream is unmatched! So smooth and creamy. So many great flavors to choose from. Portions are very generous, especially for the price. The girl working today has great customer service and was very friendly, even though we couldn't see her face [covered with a mask] she definitely was smiling! Thank you for the experience.

A clean ice cream eatery with great tastes, and a lot of unique flavors. Definitely a good place to visit no matter who you are, just be aware that it is very costly. Go there expecting to spend at least $5 per person, if you want cheap go elsewhere.

This is a good place for those who love Ice cream. This place has a variety of flavors and everything you will find is handmade. They are very professional in making ice cream and is highly recommended. Don’t miss going to this place if you are in Bowling Green or around.

I don't know their names, but the women working on 6/24 were absolutely amazing. They've served me before and I'm never disappointed with their suggestions or their patience (I'm indecisive). Amazing service and amazing icecream every time.

This place has the kind of ice-cream you'd think about being able to eat in heaven. The flavors are varied and very much seasonal. The quality is superb. This ice-cream is homemade and the portions are generous. Staff is very kind and they provide free samples of ice-cream so you can decide what you'd like to have. If you're in BG looking for ice-cream, this is your place to go.

Friendly service, with an ever changing ice cream flavor selection based on the season. Go for the pint or quart for a good deal for take home. Theu offer samples before you purchase so do not be shy about asking to try a new flavor. Our favorite is still the blueberry pie icecream.

Eric's Ice Cream Factory is a place I could go everyday. There are plenty of flavors and options that I'm pretty sure you could get something different each day for a few months, at least.

Their Birthday Cake ice cream is awesome and something I can't say no to. The junior scoop in a cup is just enough ice cream to satisfy without being excessive.
