Terrible craftsmanship. I'm taking these clowns to court. $1575.00 for a defective ignition. Now, the dealership claims to have a policy of no longer working on vehicles 10 years or older. Should have had that policy in place when you worked in my vehicle. It's under warranty. Plus, I paid them for a brand new battery during the ignition fiasco. It has a 3 years free replacement. They refuse to honor the warranty on a Motorcraft battery which they installed. I've been back to the dealership 3-4 times about the ignition and battery. Now, they glatout refuse me service. I'm already in touch with the Ohio Attorney General's office. They get results!
