Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays…. But on the 2024/02/05 we ran in too Josh… my guy help me get a new T.v surround sound system, and a computer that my wife love and games for my son…. Next time I come there I will be looking for him … his services deserve Commission….

I bought a gaming monitor online on Friday evening. It was ready for pickup Saturday morning. The pickup process was easy. So I get it home and hook it up…it’s not working. When I bring it in to the store, Alex helps me out right away, hooking the monitor up in the store to verify that it’s a manufacturing defect. Once he verified that, he got me a replacement right away. I asked him to verify that one worked before I went home with it and he was happy to. Alex was so helpful through the ASUS manufacturing defect that I’d much rather buy from Best Buy than Amazon.

I love my local Best Buy. Every time I go, the associates are super helpful. Yesterday, my husband and I were shopping for early Christmas gifts. Teddy was the associate who helped us, and he couldn't have been more patient, kind, and understanding. We were very indecisive and I felt so bad because he had to do a whole lot of running around for us. Since I haven't rated this Best Buy before, I figured that it was definitely worth mentioning how wonderful the service was. Other associates also regularly made sure we were being helped if we were looking around, which we appreciated.

Thanks so much for all of your help, if you see this, Teddy! Best Buy, get this kid a raise.

I had a young guy named Zach help me buy 2 tvs during the black Friday sales. This guy was on the freaking ball. Quick and efficient. Polite and helpful. In and out in about a half hour even with signing up for the store credit. Hope the manager sees this and gives him a bonus/raise.

Your employee, Richard should be commended for how quickly he solved my dilemma, considering I didn't buy the phone from Best Buy. AT&T told me that they couldn't help me. He earned you a new customer!

Service was decent for a moderately busy store.

Staff were able to get what I wanted (appliances) and had it setup for 2nd day delivery!

Staff were attentive & prices fair!

I wanted to check out the Samsung watches and try one on
The sales rep was very nice and attentive and absolutely not pushy at all

We got a New PC today @ Best Buy! We Ordered it online & an hour later, it was ready for Curbside "pick-up" Very fast Service & polite Staff!! We also ordered a "Mighty Joe" Snow Blower online, & free ship to our home next week...Just in time for MORE SNOW, Oye Vey!!! Speaking of Snow, My new PC is Snow White!! 😁👍❄😂🎯💧🌨🌀❄🤩

Great place for holiday shopping with the extended return policy. Was very pleased with the in-store service and the explanation of additional services NOT offered when originally purchased ON-LINE.

Needed a new dryer quickly. Bought a floor model & had it hooked up & working within a few hours, thanks to Best Buy & my nephews!

I have always had good experiences with the Best Buy location in Boardman, OH. I usually shop in-store a few times a year now but when I worked closer I was there frequently. My family has purchased all but 1 of our computers their (desktops and laptops) and received excellent service. I highly recommend the protection plans, they have saved us many times over the years. The Geek Squad is always friendly and helpful.

After a negstive experience with the first 2 installers for washer n dryer, the young men who arrived to finish the instilation were fantastic!! They completed everything incl. the silver tubing for air to go thru outside vent!Please recognize them in some fashion. TY

Plenty of knowledgeable associates to answer technical questions. Good product selection with a wide range of price points for any budget.

Needed some basic, quick advice on a laptop issue and Geek Squad came through! Very friendly and helpful giving us his time and professional advice! We then went to computer area and bought a new laptop - another good experience with that sales employee. No hard sales, just listened to our needs/desires and showed us applicable laptops.

Very nice salesmen got in and out quickly. Got just what we wanted.

I remember the times when Best Buy was like a blockbuster or a mall, you camped out on black Friday, lined up for game orders, etc. I hadn't been in, in years, and was surprised at how modern and up to date it was. In fact I have been to 2 different stores over the past few months because they had great sales as well. I will definitely shop there again
