Had a weird bug going on with my PC, I took it to a place twice to get it fixed and both times they managed to make it worse. Decided to find a new place and took it here to Computer Point and thanks to them I can finally use my PC again. Michael is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to this I absolutely recommend this place for getting your PC worked on.

Very friendly and great service. When I was struggling to find ways to fix it or come up with ways to pay for it, they helped me sort it out and it meant the world to me. I will definitely visit these guys again when I need help.

Michael saved me! Called him on a Saturday morning, Lenovo laptop dead, and I’m leaving town in a few days. He fixed it within a few hours, updated bios and software, and he was very reasonably priced! I’ll recommend him to anyone!

I am blown away by this company's expertise & courteousness! I had issues with laptop connectivity issues that neither MetroPCS or T-Mobile managed to fix on several occasions. ComputerPoint was a 1-stop fix all solutions! They are very amiable, they know what they're doing, and don't beat around the bush about anything. Pricewise, worth every penny!

I manage a parking lot with 24 hour video surveillance and took it upon myself to upgrade my nvr to larger hard drives. Well, once I got inside I discovered that the new hard drives I had purchased did not include the special patch cord required to connect the drives to the motherboard. As I didn’t want to drive all the way across town I googled computer stores near me and happened across the listing for this store. I found my way there and met with both Stan and Mike! They were both super helpful and helped me locate the special wire I was in need of and I assure you that no place in town could match their pricing! I talked a bit with Mike and he ended up being a super cool guy and I realized I have had all sorts of expensive electronics I tossed in the trash over the years that they could have helped me out with! I am super glad I stopped by and will definitely be back!

Repaired my computer quickly and was very communicative throughout the whole process. Cost for the repair was very reasonable. Would use them again.

I took my daughter's laptop here over a year ago when it crashed on her while doing her college assignments during the Pandemic when most places were closed.
I called and spoke with Mr. Stan, who is the Father, and was very nice and calming to talk to, then my daughter and I brought it in to their office the very same day and dropped it off and the very nice son, Mike, assured us he would get it fixed asap so that she could complete her assignments in time.
They also gave us a 10% student discount.
They made us feel like they "cared" and I really appreciated that!
I recommend them to anyone who needs, fast and accurate work done on their computers/laptops!

Took my laptop to them. This thing is my pride and joy and they fixed it for cheap with an upgraded part FAST! And they were really nice and easy to work with. 100 % recommend and if I have more problems with my computer will be coming back!

Have a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop and the screen hinges failed and the screen delaminated. Computer Point repaired everything and for much, much less than I expected. Great work and thank you. Will certainly use them again.
