Always have the best prices for what you need done. Very nice and friendly staff. Great service, very reliable and honest company. I have had tires replaced here for years and they always stand by their product, I have taken tires back that ended up getting damaged by poor road conditions and they patched them at no cost because I purchased the warranty with the tire. I have also had other intensive service done to repIace brakes and rotors and a tire rod end with alignment. Recently I took my newer car in to get help with it, there was nail in the tire that went all the way through the side wall. The gentleman of the business new I couldn't afford a new tire yet, and worked with me to get me on the road safely. I really appreciate their service!!

Best place to get your service done! Affordable and worth the wait. Upfront they were honest and brought me in the back to show me what was wrong with my vehicle so they are very credible in what they tell you you need! I was also able to get right in the same day!!!

I couldn't say enough great things about this location, the workers go way out of their way for their customers, everyone is very friendly and do great work, for example just 2 days ago I got a flat on my way home from Pittsburgh, toss my spare on and continue on, when i get in town it's literally 3 min before they close and even though it was going to make the employees open everything back up they told me to still come in, that's dedication to the customer, they went out of their way to make sure I had my tire done so I had reliable transportation for work. I just want to say thank you to the manager John for going above and beyond and his coworker, NTB will always have my respect and business.

I am grateful that you went above and above to correct the situation! I have to say I had an amazing experience at this location. There was a misunderstanding with service costs, on my part, but management did an amazing job with explaining to me in layman terms what needed to be done and the cost. They were super quick and really efficient. I would recommend this location for any break and/or tire service needed 100%!!

I always come here to get my tires and oil changed they are awesome people. They will always help you out. I highly recommend this place if you're in a jam.

I had a piece of copper stuck in the side of my tire and needed the tire replaced… The staff was super helpful in getting me an exact tire as well as a same day appointment. Super informative and helpful! Got me back on the road in no time! 😁

i’ve never gotten an oil change before or done anything with my car on my own and they were so helpful.. as soon as i walked in the doors they were welcoming and genuinely wanted to help me with what i needed, they have great service. and great attitudes! this is definitely the place i’ll be going to from now on.

I am very pleased with my service. John the manager and the other workers are very helpful and very accommodating. They have been very helpful and have gone out of their way to help me with tires and services for my Mercedes. I greatly recommend coming to the location in Boardman, Ohio.

I visited here about a month ago for an issue with tire pressure monitoring system .. They fixed my problem in no time .. Also did not charge me a dime …. Everytime I’ve stopped by for service the staff was always so friendly and helpful.. I’d recommend anybody to patronize their business .. You guys are awesome.. Thanks again for all your help

Ntb is the best place I ever came to.. associate was nice enough to look at my car without an appointment bc I thought the wheel was gonna fall off.. they figured out what was a wrong with the car in 10 mins.. thanks to John.. he was so helpful. I truly appreciate you...but to charge almost 150 per hour in labor is robbery..

First time going to NTB. Stopped to get a tire repaired. John explained to me what my options would be if the tire wasn’t repairable. Thank goodness it was repairable. The price was very reasonable and I did not have to wait very long. Wish there was a NTB in Warren, Ohio.

I have never felt comfortable with cars. It just isn't something I know a ton about. I went to the boardman location tonight a little panicked because my tire was going low and my kid was in the car.

I walked in was greeted right away and immediately felt at ease. Dylan was my mechanic and if you are a female of any age, ask for him. He made me and my son feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything that was needed. He used words I would understand and made sure it was done in an hour or less because my kiddo was there. He was such a nice guy.

As for the customer service at the front end, it could not have been better. The phone was ringing, people were coming in and out and I still felt like we had her full attention. She was patient with my son all night. Never made us feel awkward that my tiny terrorist was running around and playing. She played back, had multiple conversations with him. Talked about his school and spelling tests, games he like to play. He actually hugged her and then cried when we were leaving because he was going to miss her. Her name is Danae. I am so glad they have a female on staff in a male dominant work force.

Best experience I have ever had being a female in a repair shop. I felt safe the entire time, not judged or taken advantage of. It was honestly a relief to be able to get this done without my husband having to do it.
