Scarlet is the best. Most places management don’t seem to care but she’s different answered all of my questions and was able to give me a great deal on a new iPhone 14 pro max and a watch without even raising my bill. I’ll never go to another store!

The staff were very helpful, especially the manager Scarlett. Service was timely, and I felt like I came away from the experience knowing more about my phone than I did going in.

The manager named Scarlett deserves a raise! We had been to Fremont, Perrysburg, and a corporate store in Toledo around July/Aug for issues with sim cards/new lines. Every one a different excuse as to why they couldn’t help us. Either only customer service could help us or oh you have to wait 90 days for this or that reason, or you have to start over, not one single same answer! Customer service sent us sims from an over the phone/online chat order and we had so many issues and being new customers coming over from another carrier we were about to give up on T-Mobile. But this young lady was honest, professional, took her time and didn’t act as if we were bothering her with someone else’s problem! We had it taken care of and I wish I would’ve received a recommendation to go to this store sooner! Ask for Scarlett, she knows her job well!

Their new manager helped me out significantly as I recently purchased a new phone here and received a lot of advice and answers on my questions during the process. Great customer service and attention to needs.

We finally found a local Sprint store that has friendly associates that actually know what they're talking about. In the past we went to Marion and I do not like the associates at that store. We heard Bucyrus had a Sprint store, which we had no idea. They're not in the best location, but store is super clean and organized and associates help you. Highly recommend if you're a Sprint customer! Dallas was the one that helped us and he was awesome.

I had a fantastic experience with the sales reps from this store. Everyone was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend that anyone interested in quality mobile service stop by the T-Mobile store in Bucyrys.
