Getaway Cabins

Excellent all the way around. Five stars! We stayed in their brand new, beautiful cabin "Ever After." We really enjoyed the cabin location as it was very quiet. The cabin is gorgeous, and the hosts have thought of everything one would need for an enjoyable stay. The stairs are super cool, and we loved the view out the big windows from the loft. The decor of the cabin is very well done. The hot tub was perfect and they even have a grill if you want to fire up a steak! Along with that, there is a nice, outdoor seating area with its own TV that we would have enjoyed if it were not wintertime. The owners are very responsive, and we noticed they had come by to check on the driveway that morning due to snow received overnight. Great hosts, great company, excellent service and a great product. Thank you, Getaway Cabins!

Our Lady Bug cabin was Perfect! Spotlessly clean. And I swear they thought of EVERYTHING!!! I have never seen So Many Towels!! Not even in high priced hotels. Nice pots and pans, dishes, silverware. The cleanest gas grill I've ever seen for not being new. Wine glasses & an opener. coffee pots, toasters, hot plates, toaster oven, microwave, small Frig. Cleaning supplies. The house keeper even warmed up the Hot tub for us. We so appreciated that. Everyone was so welcoming. The grounds were clean & tidy. Such a Great deal$$$$ for the money. And tons to do with in 15 miles of the cabin.

We have stayed in several properties in the Hocking Hills area and Getaway Cabins are our favorite. The units and prices are great and they have a variety of cabins to fit all needs. Their customer service is friendly, helpful, and we enjoy the last minute specials!

Great place for a quiet weekend. So cozy. Very clean upon arrival and the hot tub has been amazing. I ordered the rose petals package for our arrival and it was such a nice touch for our arrival. Pet friendly cabins are so nice. Side bar: We had cell service at our cabin. Guest Nest #3

Stayed in cabin 28 this past weekend. It was extremely close to all the sites we wanted to see . I believe under 10 minutes which was surprising to me! Upon a arrival, there was snow falling all day. Ended up on a downhill road covered in snow after office hours and couldn't get ourselves unstuck. Called the emergency number in a crying panic and got an answer right away , where the owner showed up within 5 minutes with SUCH. A great attitude and got us unstuck in a timely manner. That kind of service alone makes us want to book through Getaway Cabins again! We weren't made to feel like a bother and felt so comfortable in that scary situation once help arrived. The cabin was so cozy, hottub was amazing, and the sulfur smell in cabin 28 wasn't as noticeable as I was anticipated! The beds felt SO NICE and comfortable and honestly, even the living room furniture was nicer than it seemed in photos! We definitely had a great time and in the spring, summer or fall i bet the property is even more of an escape, as the property would be even easier to utilize all the outdoor amenities ! Getaway Cabins helped make sure we were able to book the cabin we wanted for the weekend we wanted without hesitation of the requests I had asked! Which is another amazing quality that the company has. Just makes you feel welcome and not nervous to reach out or ask questions! All in all, our stay was amazing. We have nothing but respect for the staff we were in contact with. And we absolutely hope to come back with our whole family next time. They are definitely worth trying out, and from our experience, I'd say they're great communicators and extremely friendly too. They make you feel like family which is all you could really ask for!

Highly recommended booking a Cabin* Love booking and staying with getaway cabins! Have done this multiple times for quick trips. And this weekend when I book spur of the moment in a Saturday and panicked that I wouldn’t get
The check in information we needed but someone responded quickly and timely and made our family quick Christmas weeekend getaway worth it! All the cabins I’ve stayed at have had pros and cons but mostly cons and been all worth it!

We have stayed at Getaway Cabins often for the past 9 years and we have the best time with each stay. We recently stayed at the Ashby Glen cabin and was the best one yet. Such a beautiful cabin, secluded in a great area. The staff are always so friendly, the cabins are kept very clean, and you can't beat all that for the very reasonable price. We will continue to stay at Getaway Cabins for our little romantic getaways! Thanks Getaway Cabins!

We’ve stayed at the getaway cabins twice (retreat & margaritaville) going again next month! So private & really enjoyed the cabins. We grilled every night, chilled at the firepit & used the hot tub religiously. They supply most everything you’d need. The music playing when entering is such a vibe. Can’t wait to go back! My absolute favorite place to explore!

Cute cabin located right where you would want to be for the area. Wife and I spent a nice weekend at the property with our dog and enjoyed ourselves. Clean and had a nice hottub, but the only thing I wasn't fan of was the price. For what ya got and after the fees it was pretty steep for 2 nights. I realize the location plays a large part in the price, but it still was a negative for me.

I can't say enough about these cabins. The area is beautiful and the cabins are perfect. Been staying there pretty regularly the last couple years and never had a bad experience. Always amazing!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay in Cabin #15 Whitetail Retreat. I was very impressed with the location, this cabin is at the end of a gravel driveway and is very private, we had no visible neighbors or cars and could relax on the large deck or hot tub privately. We didn’t have to make contact with anyone our entire trip, they have self check in, which we love. Plenty of room for our car and easy access to unload your stuff, park directly in front of your cabin, no long walk.

We grilled a delicious meal, enjoyed drinks on the deck and lounged in the hot tub. The porch swing was nice too.

You’re just minutes from the park and trails here, you can’t beat the location.

Super great weekend getaway!

Fantastic Getaway! Nestled in a pine forest near Beaver Creek State Park, Getaway Cabins are everything you want. The tiny house style cabins come with everything you need. There are pans, dishes, a fridge, and lots of other things. Our cabin had queen bunk beds, which were very comfortable. Just pay attention to the website, as some weekends are over twice as expensive as the weekdays. We stayed during the week, so the prices were fair. The place was spotless. The staff was very nice.
I wish I could give them 11 stars!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We stayed in the ladybug loft and it was perfect. The jacuzzi was wonderful. Just right for 2 people. We enjoyed a fire at the private fire pit and cooked our on the propane grill on the back deck that was included as well as many other amenities that was also provided. If you like secluded in the woods with nature, then I highly recommend this place. We had visitors at the wildlife feeding area just a few feet away from the back deck. Wild turkeys, deer, and a raccoon came by to say hi. Quiet and quaint. Great price as well.

Had our family gather for Thanksgiving at the cabins. As seasoned outdoor veterans, the cabins were a perfect blend of outdoor adventure and home comfort!

I’m not understanding the bad reviews? We just checked out of cabin 23, the retreat, yesterday and couldn’t have been more pleased. My wife and I are avid hikers and have stayed everywhere from the lodge to in a tent in the campground. The cabin was spotless, looked better than the pictures and had all the comforts of home but at a much better price than the overpriced lodge. 5 stars and will definitely be back. If there’s an ounce of gripe it would be the mattresses. The bed was perfectly comfy and new, I’m just not a memory foam guy. But, as a person who travels many months out of the year i’ve slept on a heck of lot worse. Still 5 stars to these folks!

Bliss #37, definitely will need (as stated before making a reservation) a utility type vehicle to access...as it seems entrance down the small hill gets washed out and that was during the summertime...in winter 4x4/AWD with some ground clearance would be a must! But worth it! Private for the most part, a cabin is next door but not too much view from one to the other when inside or on back porch. Some lattice fencing is there on the deck. Hot tub and gorgeous huge shower for the win. 👍👍

Very clean. Modern feel. Gas fireplace with a small kitchen, couch/living room area and combined bedroom. Loved it all. Just the right size. No Internet, which was also a plus.
A true escape.

The cabin I rented is just bare bones enough to relax in perfectly. A grill, plenty of towels for hot tub, a nice little hot tub with beautiful views. The shower is clean, but very small, but does the job it's supposed to. Totally unwound.

My husband and I stayed in cabin #31 Knotty and Nice for Valentine's Day and it was absolutely wonderful! We had a blast! The cabin is so romantic, peaceful, and very relaxing. The views are incredible and we loved watching the sunrise in the hot tub. It was very clean, it smelled great, and they have everything you need. I even enjoyed washing dishes because of the deer in the front yard!🤣 It's perfect! We absolutely loved the location and that Logan is so close. We were able to shop, eat dinner, and go to tourist attractions all within 20 minutes of our cabin. We travel a lot and this definitely became one of our new favorite places to have a couples getaway. Thank you to the Getaway Gang! We will be lifelong customers!❤

Another perfect stay, getaway cabins really does go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. From booking to check in and arrival, everything is so easy and it takes a lot of stress off you to come in to a fully stocked cabin ready to go. Just a quick trip that was easy and fun. Everyone did a great job making our time feel important. The cabin was very clean, the firewood that we ordered was delivered. Check in and check out was easier than any hotel and a whole lot more secluded.
