They never shared shipment tracking #, nor the ordered item has arrived. They do not pick up the phone. The item shows on their website as still available.

If negative numbers were available it would be a negative 10. Looking for a replacement pump. Called four days in a row and no one answers the phone. Left several message and none were returned, They have stores on Amazon and on Ebay. Left messages on both. Neither messages were answered. Do not waste your time on this company that totally lacks customer service. Imagine your nightmare if you have a problem with what you order online. Good luck and plenty of other places to get the parts you need. Totally worthless.

WORST - STOLE MY MONEY!
I Ordered a paint sprayer part on May 4, 2022, paid in full.
Have not received as of today June 2, 2022. Have left multiple phone messages and at least 5 emails. NOT ONE RESPONSE. 100% scammers! I will report them to the BBB next. I'm out $325 and haven't been able to use my spray rig for a month. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Lists items not in stock, even emailed before hand and never mentioned there would be a three + week delay. Seems to be a hobby business as most emails come after 9 at night

Left multiple messages on Amazon and phone over the course of multiple weeks. No response. Phone goes directly to voicemail.
