Josie's Coffee Shoppe

I love this place! The London fog was perfectly prepared and served in a nice glass (though it can be hard to hold) and the Moroccan bowl was delicious - seasoned well and a generous serving. And the vibe is so laid back and cozy.

Great coffee! My husband had a cortado (served in a most beautiful cup) and I got a flat white both were delicious. We also got croissant sandwiches, they were so tasty! Overall a cute coffee shop with outside seating and plenty of space inside.

How cute is this place! I have been working in saugerties for a few years but never came to the little town. Im in love with this place. They pull a nice espresso shot of my favorite, la colombe. Cute gift shopping is part of the experience , I recommend that as well. In addition to nice breakfast plates they serve wine. I need this cafe in my city (hint.. Albany!).

The ambience is fantastic, you can totally relax with a cuppa of coffee. Do try their homemade pancakes! It is really good. The staff are friendly and great too. Awesome cafe. Thumbs up!

Josie’s is one of the best coffee shops in Ulster County and I am picky! The drip coffee and espresso beverages are always on point and made with love by a dedicated team. No matter how busy they are consistent and friendly. The staff is warm and amazing.Their food menu is wonderful. I love the avocado toast and the bacon egg and cheese! If you are in town swing by and relax and fuel up in their very cozy cafe!

Best coffee and vibe in Saugerties for sure and a whole Kingston area. Oat milk latte is amazing. Breakfast dishes with eggs are delicious! Avocado toast, egg sandwich, omelettes-everything is great! And Leo is a welcoming fluffy host!

Leo (the dog) and the rest of the staff at Josie's were great. My group ordered food, coffee, lattes, and teas and everything was 5/5 star quality and presentation. There are a lot of cafe and coffee shops in the neighborhood, but I highly recommend this particular one. So cute and well run. Makes me want to come back through and try more menu items!

This place was a real find. We were just looking for a place with good coffee while shopping. The latte was great but the food was better. Try the honey turkey wrap. The coffee cake was amazing and goes great with coffee.

Super chill vibes, easy jazz music, bold coffee, and an eclectic set up. You can buy succulents and rugs- if that doesn’t tell you the vibe I don’t know what will. The barista was very accommodating to my gluten and dairy intolerance and the gluten free bagel was delicious. Coffee is good too.

Super cozy and delicious cafe. Their baked goods are good, we tried the almond croissant, and by far one of the best; and we’ve tried many in Manhattan. Breakfast sandwich special and avocado toast was amazing. But the cafe vibe is my favorite.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! The is made perfect every single time, and all of the pastries in the front are delicious. Brought friends from out of town the other weekend for breakfast and the pancakes are soooo good! My friends got the French toast which was also delicious!! The whole cafe has the best vibe, and I love coming in. The staff is so friendly to everyone, even when it gets busy, and they sell such cute local pieces as well. I also love that they are pet friendly!

We always come back because it’s reliable. The owner has been successful at translating her desire to have a business that reflects her high standards. Other startups should take notice when deciding how to run their business. A shining star in Saugerties.

Came here during a recent visit to the Hudson area. This is a wonderful coffee shop with lots of character, great food and drinks, and friendly service. The vanilla latte was the best I ever had! French toast I ordered was excellent. Everyone else's drinks were also great. Wish I lived nearby because I'd be here daily. If you're in town and love coffee, don't hesitate to stop by!
